Safe us from a staffing crisis
Had to leave a review after working with Kelly and Rika at Pines H2B Solutions. They completely turned things around for us. We were with another H-2B agency before, and honestly, it was a mess. They promised us a certain number of workers, and while the interviews went fine, everything fell apart at the embassy. A bunch of the workers got denied because of past violations, and the agency never even mentioned them. So there we were, right in the middle of our season, short on staff and desperate for help. Then a friend recommended Pines H2B we reached out. We had a consultation with Kelly first, and then Rika joined in. Right away, they asked all the right questions. No empty promises just straight up helpful and professional. But what really stood out was how kind and easy they were to work with. They didn't waste any time. They showed us a full pool of candidates with everything we needed to know start dates, English skills, experience, visa eligibility. It was all there, clear and organized. We got to pick exactly who we wanted, and they made it happen fast. I'm not kidding within seven days, we had new workers lined up, processed, and ready to go. That kind of turnaround saved our season. And the workers they sent us? Hardworking, reliable, and most of all is they were experienced. Chanel, Craig, Mattia, Enzo, and Kareem you guys were amazing. If you're a business struggling with H-2B staffing, do yourself a favor and call Pines H2B.They don't just throw names at you. They give you real, qualified candidates and actually follow through. Kelly and Rika, thank you so much. We'll definitely be back next summer, and we're bringing the same team with us!
