Still waiting for £10 cashback after 4 months!!! Not a trustworthy company. Do Not Use!!!

Been doing studies for Pinecone a long time now and love it because it offers interesting studies, has a really efficient system, and until now paid promptly. NOW it has tied itself to wallet.rewardsondemand.com which appears to be an absolute fraud. Pinecone has sent my last 7 payments to the “Wallet Scam” which has not transferred my money, does not respond to “help” except for a repeated form message “we’re on it” , and has made no resolution in over two weeks. MORE ALARMING is that when I contacted Pinecone, I got no reply, no resolution. What’s does it take to get paid now, an attorney? A class action suit? Take note somebody— “we’re on it! “

Couldn’t be more disappointed with Pinecone Research. I had no idea who they were, they contacted me and asked me to join. After looking into it a bit more, I decided to join. I completed my member profile and verified my email address. Immediately, the very next day I had a link for my first survey. I go to login and it says that there is a problem with my account and to contact customer service. I thought that was odd since I hadn’t even been a member for 24 hours but assumed maybe it was a website glitch. I received a response that was shocking and unbelievable! Basically it said, “We have been alerted that you have not been honest and you have been removed as a member.” To say that I’m offended is a gross understatement. The only thing I did was fill out my profile and I have absolutely zero reason to not be “honest”. It’s not like you are making adequate money on these survey sites. I do it both as a hobby and also because I enjoy taking them. To be accused of not being honest and removed with no questions is a horrible and offensive way to do business. This is not a trustworthy company! They invite you in under false pretenses and then dismiss you with made up accusations. It’s really reprehensible and why they are highly rated, I have no clue. I’ve done research since this happened and this is something that they do over and over again for various reasons.

Ich finde es sehr schlimm das ständig etwas geändert wird und nicht im Vorfeld darauf hingewiesen wird. Das Unternehmen kommuniziert sehr intransparent. Der Login und die Teilnahme wird immer komplizierter und man muss immer mehr Screeningfragen beantworten bis es losgeht. Ständig wird man genervt die Telefonnummer anzugeben und das will ich nicht bei einem Unternehmen das mit Daten handelt und vor allen so intransparent arbeitet. Ich werde aussteigen weil ich keine Lust mehr habe an einem solchen panel teilzunehmen.

Their recruiters are liars. The one who got me into this promised me a certain amount of money that I will supposedly if I get the 60+ points, and I did, but I never received that amount he had mentioned to me to get me into this. I later found out that they get incentives for every customer recruited, so it is obvious why they would mention a certain amount but would lie about it just to get you in. I texted the recruiter about the promised amount, but he never even said anything except to mention other things. I directly asked him why I didn't get the amount promised, but he did not address that at all. I called their customer service, and they said that if the recruiter has promised a certain amount, they are the one who needs to deliver it. I would not recommend getting on board with them.

Got locked out of my Pinecone Research account for no reason. Tried to contact Karen Scott through multiple e-mails, but was ignored every time. I keep getting surveys being sent to my e-mail address, even though I have "opted out" . Absolutely no "Customer Support" what so ever! Worst survey experience ever!!
