They want your bank info! I cashed out 3 x $3 Cash reward. So $9, and it says it is cash. LasT year when I got $9 I was sent a cheque in the mail. This time, I cash out, it says confirmed, and then i get an email telling me I HAVE to give up my personal banking info to a third party site called "wallet" or something, that I've NEVER heard of. They don't even say what country it's based in. So I emailed them and said basically that this is misleading fraud. All they said was 'once an order is placed you can't undo it'. It's just pure using you then denying as hard as they can to pay out. (It's a total ripoff anyways, waste of a few hours a year for not even an hour minimum wage)

Avoid like the plague. I tried to download the app on my S10 but it made Google Play crash. When I did manage to download it I couldn't log in. Nielsen emailed me instructions which I followed but I still couldn't log in, sent 3 emails to them, none of which I received a reply to. Absolute time-wasters, AVOID.

The rep told us from the beginning we could stop when we wanted to. Well that was a lie. They told us they would only connect 1 device to each TV well they were wrong. They came with a a bunch of power cords and they somehow told us everything they saw in the room. Nobody said it was OK to take pictures or install cameras. We were promised gift cards and those were never given to us. We decided to part ways because they don't keep with their side of promises.

I have been doing surveys for years and Pinecone Research is the worst among them. I took surveys and made $100 worth of points and was planning to buy something for myself on my bday. As soon as I requested $100 they deactivated me. A big waste of time and effort. After only two weeks of wearing their rating devices, answering personal questions over 30-minute phone calls and following their directions to a T, a rep suddenly calls and informs me our participation is over and to mail back our devices. If anyone asks you to participate, tell them no.

Ich habe leider negative Erfahrungen mit der Firma gemacht. Ich hatte mich für die Teilnahme angemeldet und wurde auch angenommen. Daraufhin sollte mir dieser Scanner zugeschickt werden, der nie angekommen ist. Auf mehrmalige Nachfrage konnte man mir auch nicht weiterhelfen. Dann habe ich die Teilnahme wieder gekündigt. Habe auch eine Kündigungsbestätigung bekommen. Damit war aber dann keine Ruhe. Ich habe täglich (!) zwischen 3 und 5 Anrufe von der Firma erhalten. Ich habe niemals so sehr bereut meine Telefonnummer angegeben zu haben. Als nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung, mich doch bitte nicht mehr telefonisch zu belästigen, immer noch kein Ende war mit den Anrufen, habe ich die Telefonnummer blockiert. Hätte ich schon viel früher machen sollen.
