I am a very young single female and this company sent some man soliciting to my door. I felt so uncomfortable, I didn't know what to do. And he even asked to come into my house! He asked can I come inside! One of my neighbors came to save me and told him to get out I would call the police. Why did he need to come to inside my house? I called customer service to complain and the managers had nothing to say about it. Stay away from this place of criminals. They are just looking to invade your home and who knows what they want to do to you?

They seem to be pretty incompetent. I've completed a few surveys in the past that were written. A few weeks ago I received a letter with a $10 bill saying that we've been selected as part of the Nielsen radio and TV ratings. It said we would receive a phone call, we did not. The letter also said that I could call them and when I did the rep said that we were no longer eligible. I had to speak with my family to see if they were willing to participate in this and do everything that was required of us. It took me a couple weeks to figure that out and make sure that I had agreement from everyone involved. It appears that the randomization and selection from Nielsen is questionable at best.

From time to time I receive surveys from this company with small gift card rewards as an incentive to complete them. On more than one occasion, I have filled out a survey that promised a $2 gift card, taken my time to really answer the questions, given ALL of the information they wanted, just to be told in the end that I am not their targeted demographic and receive nothing for my time. I just wish the company would stop advertising incentives for everyone when it is only for select demographics. Or, I wish they would ask demographic questions in the beginning to prevent people from wasting their time completing a survey. At the end of the day, the information was still given and will still be used, so to not compensate someone seems awfully unfair and reeks of "bait-and-switch" tactics to get information out of of people. I have unsubscribed. Advertise this more to people and stop making people waste their time.

I was a member for this company for nearly 10 years, they changed logo etc. Due to no response from me they closed my account and I lost over 10,000 points. I've been scanning every week. I'm angry so I decided to close the account as they company didn't value me.

Scam. They will cancel your membership without informing you but then continue to harvest your data without rewarding you. They will they ignore any attempt of contacting them. Do not use.

Ab 1200 Punkte ist Schluss mit Punkte bekommen. Ich kaufe seit Mai 22 ein und scanne alles ein und es kommen einfach keine Punkte mehr. Ich kaufte vom 31.5-4.6.22 ein und es bleibt bei 1200 Punkte. Ich schaue mir das ganze noch bis zum 12.6.22 an und wenn dann nichts passiert oder ich keine Antwort auf meine Nachrichten bekomme, schalte ich ein Anwalt über meine Rechtsschutz ein und dann wird mal geprüft was da los ist bzw. dann möchte ich Schadenersatz.
