If you get a e-mail about surveys for gift cards or money it is a scam they will give you nothing you’re wasting your time by giving them free info don’t do it.

Avoid avoid avoid . They do nothing but hound you with messages, texts , emails if they feel you are not entering enough shopping trips on their app/scanner . They even try ringing you on different numbers if you dont pick up, mobile numbers as well . Surveys completed and reward is poor . Plenty of other companies who reward your effort more handsomely snd do not pester to the degree this horrible company do .

Filled out a survey where I had to record eaten snacks over a week. Said would receive around £10 of Nectar points. That was a month ago and as yet have received nothing.

I was all for doing the survey until I started getting calls at 10pm with a newborn. Maybe when they try to set up a person to do surveying for them they should ask if they have a preferred time of day we would like calls. Instead of waking a newborn and a already sleep deprived mom

This company is very unreliable. We signed on over a year ago to carry a pager for them every day for $15 per month per person (3 of us). That was not a big deal. We got our checks, every month for just over a year (we signed on for 2 years). We moved and I have told them 3 times that we have a new address and gave them the new address. They still send stuff to the old address. The most anoying thing is they call about 3 times a month to remind me of a special drawing or something. I quit answering the calls. Then they canceled out participation almost a year early. Just makes it easier we no longer have to carry their garbage every where. Do what you say your going to do and do it. Customer service is terrible, just like the change of address thing.

I completed a survey online hosted by Nielsen. It said that I will get a 5$ e-gift card for completing the survey but after waiting a month, I didn't receive anything and I tried to contact them but no response at all.
