You will also need to block them and monitor your online safety because they do sell the info they collected from you.

Seit über 20 Jahren Mitglied, aber so schlecht wie nie. Umfrage, keine Punkte, Nachfrage. Das Martyrium beginnt. Andauernde Nachfragen, Vergütung Mangelware. Heute schon wieder, gestern erst, eigentlich zu 95%. Man bekommt eine Probe zugesandt, die Umfrage ist aber leider schon seit 3 Tagen geschlossen. Umfrage 12 Minuten, egal ob mit PC oder Smartphone, es funktioniert einfach nicht mehr. Seit Anfang des Jahres nur noch einfach katastrophal. Andere Portale funktionieren zu 90%. Klar gibt es überall mal Probleme, aber Andauernd, immer wieder....Nimmt einen den kompletten Spaß an Umfragen. Einfach nur noch Zeitverschwendung.

This has to be the worst survey site going! Half the time the links don't work, email notifications of surveys are sent late at night UK time, and when trying to access them the next morning, the survey is invariably closed. I am yet to reach the minimum amount of points to redeem and noticed that I have had 300 'expired points' deducted which would have taking me to the redemption point. Could not even find a way to unsubscribe on the site.

Habe heute meine erste „bezahlte“ Umfrage erhalten. 100 Punkte, also lediglich 1 Euro für eine Umfrage, die 12 Minuten dauern sollte. Obwohl ich zügig im Lesen und Beantworten bin, habe ich nach 16 Minuten noch neue Produkte angezeigt bekommen und abgebrochen. Unter 4 Euro theoretischer Stundenlohn – dass so etwas überhaupt rechtlich möglich ist …

I have been trying to join Pinecone Research for weeks, but every UK signup link I find is closed or inactive. I am an avid survey filler‑outer 😁 who completes studies promptly and reliably, so I would really appreciate clarity on when UK recruitment will reopen. It is frustrating to see such a well‑regarded panel with no clear route for new UK members - especially when so many of us are keen to contribute. Pinecone, please confirm if UK registration will reopen soon. You would gain some excellent participants if you did!

What an absolute mess Pinecone Research is now. I keep trying to log in to cancel my account with them . They told me my password was invalid so I reset it and three times they told me it was still invalid. I was with them for years but want nothing more to do with them and I can't even get into their site to cancel my account!

I TOOK COPIOUS NOTES ON THE SHAVING AND WORKINGS OF RAZOR. THEN I COMPLETED A DETAIL ONLINE FOLLOW UP SURVEY.........AND GUESS WHAT MY REWARD WAS $1. YOU ARE READING IT WRIGHT THE AWARD IS $1 OR 100 POINTS. WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND DECEIVERS

Ich bin auch seit über 15 Jahren bei dieser Plattform. Vorher hatte man ein Basisprofil und das hatte gereicht; Heute muß man sein ganzes Leben ausbreiten, um genug Umfragen zu erhalten. Früher bekam man Umfragen mit 500 Punkte (max. 10 min. Dauer) als Belohnung und bei genug Punkten gegen Prämien wie Sportartikel und Gutscheine einlösbar. Jetzt nur noch gegen Gutscheine und Auszahlungen eintauschbar. Viel schlimmer ist jetzt; deutlich geringer Verdienst (z.B. 12 Minuten Umfragen können 300 Punkte oder nur 45 Punkte bedeuten) und häufig wird man abgelehnt (Quote mind. 60%) oder es sind längere Umfragen mit max. 300 Punkte Belohnung. Richtig schlecht geworden. Die Kunden (Unternehmen) sind die Gewinner, die Privaten sind die Verlierer.
