Pinball NationReviews of pinballmachinecenter.com

This was my first time buying something as large as a pinball machine online, and I was a bit nervous. But the Pinball Machine Center made it so easy! They kept me informed every step of the way. The delivery crew was punctual, careful, and even helped with the initial setup. The machine plays beautifully and looks brand new. 5-star service all around.

Thanks for your fast and effective service. I got my machine delivered in perfect condition. You guys are the best.

Total scam company. Took my Zelle payment then ghosted me. Hopefully the FBI gets involved with all the reports being filed on this company. Don’t trust a company offering 30% discounts on new machines.

Total Scam. Sent almost $4K to a Bank of America account under Peterson/Chris Enterprize LLC in Portland Oregon. Even spoke with a Chris Wall when placing order. After wire received, no further contact from Chris Wall, Irene in Chat, or Pinball Machine Center. Bank of America will not return the wire amount. I filed a police report and contacted the FBI for interstate wire fraud. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Learn from my mistake.

This place is a total scam. Perhaps it used to be a trustworthy site, but it is now nothing but a scam. I read these reviews and others on the internet and decided to purchase from them. When pinballmachinecenter.com asked that I wire or zelle the money to them, I was stupid to do so, but I did it because I believed the reviews, and thought they were a small business trying to avoid credit card charges. Once I got them the money, they told me the machine was on its way. Then I got a request from the shipper for me to zelle them $2000 for insurance to ship it - supposedly refundable at the end. I can't even verify that the shipper exists and I certainly won't be sending more good money after bad. I asked for a refund, and they have ghosted me. No money no pinball machine. I lost thousands of dollars to this scam site - don't be next!

pinballmachinecenter.com l Thanks again for your help after the fact. A lot of businesses would have had a different attitude, something along the lines of you are on your own. I work at the biggest new car dealership in the state of Ohio, and we know the importance of customer service after the point of delivery. Your efforts have been outstanding, I will recommend you to anyone in the market.

pinballmachinecenter.com l I just wanted to thank you for being so supportive and helpful. You have really gone above any customer support that I have ever had.
