Excellent customer service Ken and Miss T…
The customer service at this bouldercrest location is so awesome 👌 I love these people that you choose to represent your store today I came in for cigarettes and gas as usual Ken was my cashier after paying for my items I mentioned to him a problem with a car charger that I purchased stated how it worked for 3days but stopped, He gladly directed me to Miss T. I think the world of her from 2 other previous issues I had she is patient, courteous and really tries to make customers satisfied 😌. Each time my encounter with her has been pleasant and respectful resolved. Besides the great deals your company offers the customers like me, customers service makes it worth my drive coming from Buckhead to the pilot here to purchase whatever I 😀 need. Thank you pilot for the wonderful customer service from Ken today & especially Miss T she's special and very courteous can't say enough about the energy she gives and the service she provides. Thank you pilot for allowing me to share my experience and sorry for the long note but that happens when you provides good quality service 👍
