Their support explicitly told me it wasn't necessary at that time. After making me wait 2 days for the withdrawal, they canceled my payout request and sent me to verification anyway — stating it will take another 3 business days. They deliberately delay payouts, give contradictory advice, and hold funds as long as possible. Highly unrecommended service!
