Great product, Excellent Customer Service
We made a photo album a little over 10 years ago from our wedding. Unfortunately, we had lost our wedding photos and haven't been able to get in touch with our photographers since it has been so long. So, I remembered my wife uploaded them when she made our photo album and thankfully they were all still uploaded into Picaboo. Janina was able to download them all and share the files with me. Such a great experience and so thankful for the help!

Great product with great customer service
I have been a Picaboo customer for 15 years. The quality of their photo books is top rate, and they are easy to design. When I recently had a question, the customer service representative who answered my query was wonderful and went out of her way to help me recover digital pictures from several photo books we made more than a decade ago. Such prompt and helpful service is rare these days.

Excellent Customer Service
Great company with a quality product and excellent customer service. I made a mistake after publishing and they worked with me to get it corrected. I’ve made many books with Picaboo and so happy with their ease of making a book and quality product. Thank you Picaboo!

Picaboo is the best
I have used Picaboo for photo albums for over 10 years, and it is by far the best I have found. It is almost infinitely customizable and the end result is lovely. I must say, their customer service is also amazing. There was some shipping damage and gluing issues on my recent order, and Customer Service kindly agreed to send me a new copy!

calendar review
Easy experience from creating the calendar, to ordering to delivery. I love that the days on the calendar are now outlined in black, makes them much easier to see.

Travel Back in Time with Photo books
The photo books are beautiful and the lay flat pages are worth every penny. We love to look back at our older books to travel back in time and revisit each memory. Thank you for your high quality and it couldn't be easier to use!
