Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Janina Galvizo went above and beyond trying to help me retrieve one of my old books. Unfortunately it was not possible so I created a copy of it but by doing that I was too late to use a coupon. She was kind enough to extend the date of the coupon and I got to use the discount. I was very impressed on how quickly she responded to my emails. And always friendly and professional. I can highly recommend Picaboo.
