I have made and received quite a number of Picaboo products over the last 10+ years. I have never been disappointed. My problem today was solved by a very capable associate, Diana Gonzalez. I moved, had to get a new Internet service provider and could no longer access the old providers emails and I was not able to login and get to my project Diana Gonzalez was very patient and helpful in getting me back to accessing my projects without losing access to them. I can’t recommend Picaboo highly enough! The products are top quality. And I think finding customer support that is more helpful than those at Picaboo would be a real challenge.

Janina Galvizo was so wonderful in dealing with my problem! I did a terrible rush job on my son's wedding book, and because Janina was so patient and gracious with me, we were able to clear up the problem successfully! I have been a loyal, repeat customer for years, and will continue to praise Picaboo for their excellent quality and service!

Excellent customer service! I was allowed an extension due to a medical situation with my mom which took a load off of my mind as I couldn’t hotspot in and finish the last page of the book. So many more stars are deserved for the agent who helped.

Diana Rose Gonzales is one amazing customer service rep! She was knowledgeable and quick with her answers to help me resolve all of my questions in the chat! She knew the exact answers and provided screen shots to assist me. Best part, too, is she said that I will be emailed a copy of the chat discussion so I can refer to it later! This is going to save me tremendous time when I am working late at night or on the weekends when chat support is not available to assist me! The Picaboo customer service was above & beyond! I requested a restore to a very old book. Not only did they restore the original - they gave me a blank restoration -which is what I wanted!! This company and customer service agents are top notch!

We have been ordering large layflat photo books from Picaboo for 5+ years. We're always thrilled with the quality, the production/shipping timeframes, and the customer support. I also really appreciate the complete satisfaction guarantee that Picaboo provides. In all the years, we only had one or two minor problems, and our books were quickly reprinted to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. Most recently, I accidentally deleted an album project and reached out to customer support. Diana G. was extremely helpful and quickly restored my photo from a backup. This saved me a tremendous amount of rework and once again, my expectations were greatly exceeded. We'll continue to create/order our photo books only from this great company!
