I'd prefer to give a big fat no star I waited weeks for my order when it finally arrived it was rubbish Cheaply made and certainly not a mat I've had to glue a backing on it myself to make it usable. Won't be purchasing again 👎

Where do I start? If I didn't have to leave any stars, I wouldn't. The description is misleading. I ordered a barber t-shirt for my husband as a surprise, but it was not what I expected it to be. I am very dissatisfied with my order. It feels so cheap I hate it! Can't even get a refund. Never ordering from this website ever again and I definitely will not recommend it to anyone. I forgot to mention, and it took forever to get shipped or even get updates from customer service.

All their stuff is stunning, no question, BUT what they tell you and what they do can and are two different things. Be careful. It's truly beautiful stuff...shipping is horrid....if you order a hoodie now, you'll wear it next winter~!

I bought a shirt for my husband. Took over 3 weeks to come. Ordered an XL and it was more like a XXL. It was huge around the neck and he did not like the fit. And when I emailed them about it they said nope can’t do any for you. So I basically wasted 40$ because he won’t wear it and they wouldn’t exchange it for a size below. Definitely will not order from there again!!! Terrible customer service!!!

I am very unhappy with product EVERYTHING; size, quality, price and terrible length of time it took to receive it. I'd be better off getting a full refund. Product can not be worn. NOT AMERICAN SIZING no matter what they say! It's Asian! 😝 The companies response shows no actual concern for what has been purchased and customer satisfaction. They did absolutely Nothing to correct my bona fide issues with their product. They ought to have at the very least offered a full refund and a return postage paid method to return said item. Instead they claim they've adjusted their sizing chart. How that helps me is beyond understanding as it does nothing for me! Do not believe ANYTHING these people say. They lie! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FAR OVER PRICED WITH PATHETIC QUALITY!
