SCAM DO NOT BUY.!!!!!!!!!@If i could give no stars I would. It's a complete scam. Take your money and never send you any products. I ordered three weeks ago and nothing. No email to confirm production just a receipt to show they took my money. RIP OFF

The reason I bought it was and stated I was going to get it by July 4th. Now your saying 7_11 to make it and 9 days after that to get delivered...if the false information wasn't promised I wouldn't have purchased this item.Or miss leading information. Not happy at all.

I would not even give them 1 star. They took my money and I do not have the merchandise I purchased. Then they were going to charge me another $10 for shipping when the original shipping was $6.98!!! Fraudulent practices Do not order from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It has been over 6 weeks and I still get the same message that they are working on it. There are plenty of other companies that have shipped my items in 7 days. Horrible customer service!

Stay away from this company. It goes by various names: Ngo Thi Sen, Emoji. When I received tracking information I realized this one face mask (~$20) was coming from China, I sent an email saying they had not indicated this to me during the ordering process. In fact in their printed information they say it can come from any one of their US locations. Of course today nothing is getting from China to the US in what would be considered timely, if at all. After various searches to establish legitimacy, I finally searched under "Piaceshirt" and found this site with negative reviews. I left Piaceshirt a voicemail today with a woman with an accent. I also immediately contested the charges on my credit card.

Do not order from this company! It took 36 days for me to receive my 1 item. I reached out to them numerous time via email asking about my item and they keep saying that they were extremely busy and would try to ship my item as soon as possible. I finally received a shipping notification 3 weeks after my initial purchase so I began to believe it was being sent. 2 weeks pass without receiving my item so I checked and saw that they never shipped it! They only created a shipping label! I emailed again and they used the excuse they need to keep they employees safe from COVID-19. Last I checked you can drop off an item into a mailbox without contact from anyone. Finally received my item today and I realized why it took so long...they ordered it from China! The qualification certificate from China was still in with my mask. This company is just taking orders and then ordering their products from China.

I ordered 2 masks from this company. After I payed for them, I received 2 notices, one saying it was a receipt from some place called Dat Bui. The masks were each $14.95 and shipping was suppose to be $4.95. They charged me $14.95 each for the masks and $6.95 for shipping. The total was $36.88 from Dat Bui. Then I get a confirmation from Piace Shirt with my order details on it. Same amounts and items. I emailed them and asked if they were affiliated with Dat Bui, and they said they used their boss' account for the receipts, and not to worry, everything was fine with the order and I would be getting a tracking number shortly. Been 2 weeks and still no tracking number. I felt something wasn't right, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. It bothered me all that night, so early the next morning I checked my bank account. There were 2 charges one from Piace Shirt, and one from Dat Bui, for $36.88 EACH!!! I called the 209-890-0451 phone number and got an Oriental woman, who assured me they would only be charging me for a single payment of $36.88. I kept telling her they already took 2 payments out, so she either needed to cancel the entire order and refund the entire amount of $80.71, or I would be coming after them with everything the law would allow. She told me not to worry, everything is fine. Then she hung up. Haven't been able to get an answer again when I call. It just keeps ringing. The masks should have arrived by the 28th of May. If I don't have the masks or the money back by 5 p.m. Monday, June 1, I will start proceedings with my credit card account, and whomever I need to get things done about this in California!!!!!

Very weird experience. I ordered some nice-looking face masks, questioned why the charge on my bank account showed a different name - emoji.com. A reply I got back was a With Chinese name. I asked about that and they said they were using the owner’s personal contact info. I told them okay, fill my order, but to clean up their messaging or I’d report them to the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs. A couple of days later they texted me that they had cancelled my order and refunded me (they actually did!) because I hadn’t told them what I wanted to do with my order.
