Phyx is amazing! I wish I could give them more stars... My husband and I are disabled but computer savvy. My husband has been a software developer for 35 years and I have been building my own computers since the 90s. Recent events found us with 2 new rigs and neither would boot. We tried everything. We were at a loss when Phyx was recommended. I initially spoke with Frank about our problem but I added an additional hurdle... We don't own a vehicle because neither of us drives. When I presented this to Frank, he agreed to send someone to my house! A couple days later an amazing young man, named Chris, came over and within a short time (especially by computer building and diagnosing time) he had both rigs up and running and the OS installed. We were thrilled! He even neatly bundled the cables in the case. The price? Reasonable if we brought it into the shop... Amazing for a house call from Forest Park area to South Hadley! They keep our business and anyone asking us for computer help from now on. <3

Best repair shop I've ever been to! Quick repair, reasonable prices, and beautiful store. I was a bit worried after reading some of the Google reviews but this place was PRAISED by my friend, so I tried it. The store was amazing, clean, and lots of stuff to look at! The repair process was quick and painless, and all the employees were very nice. The guy was very straight forward, but respectful. I dropped off my phone, was told to come back in 1 hour, and my phone looked new again! I will recommend this place to everyone and I will be back next time! Thanks again PHYX :)
