Photo Serge has some excellent courses - He is very engaging and enthusiastic, and takes you through everything step by step so at the end you feel everything has been covered and you are much better informed. I have used the support email a few times and the response is very good.

I had mistakenly purchase some of Serge’s courses only to realize that I already had them. I contacted Serge’s customer support and was immediately helped by a man named Patrik. He was very responsive and was a great help. I have used Serge’s customer support before when I had difficulty installing presets. Immediately they helped me. I was given the opportunity to download some of the Lightroom presets offered by Serge Ramelli and took him up on the offer. I'm actually a long-term follower of Serge Ramelli on his YouTube channel and have found information offered by him to be clear and concise.
