Fake promises and Fake repsonses
This program is all about the promotion of paid packages. I have now watched 4x webinars (to the end) in the premise that I would receive a 'photography essentials' download to help me get started in photography. Despite several 'in webinar' enquiries, I have only ever received 'canned responses'. Even when contacting their support email, I again received automated messages which don't actually respond to my enquiry. Serge is only interested in getting an email to promote his paid packages. I understand marketing, but all he has to do is make good on his promises. That being said, I will now never consider going to his paid program, and like others in the facebook groups/webinars, be very cautious of the 'live' webinars and promises of content/support.
