I attended a webinar in which you could purchase some training. Currently due to covid 19 I am unable to do so. I had sent a message just thanking them for the free webinar and explaining why I could not purchase the training right now. Rather than try and push me i to it they sent me some amazing links to some free training for the time being. This shows they truly care about the customers and it is truly refreshing to see.
