I am an Institute member and am thoroughly enjoying Serge’s style of teaching. He has such a great way of explaining sections, making it clear and concise. I pick up his tips and information, he has expanded my knowledge of my camera and also the use of the various editing platforms. Without his guidance I simply would never have been able to create as good a quality images as I am now. Equally important, Patrik provides extraordinary support. He is always very responsive and has always responded in a professional and caring way. Any issues have been resolved quickly without any fuss, I appreciate and know when I need support Patrik is ALWAYS there at the end of the email. Many thanks to Serge and Patrik!! Well done, keep up this great work.

Learned some very useful information on how to enhance my almost 65 years of experience in photography. It's never late to learn! Thanks Serge Ramelly

I accidentally created a second account and bought some courses. I needed to merge my old account with the new account. One quick email and it was done with not issue. Fantastic service. :)

Very impressed with how quickly a refund and response was given (I had ordered something twice by accident) Serge is so knowledgeable and easy to follow !!! Love his work and what he offers Concepta

As always Patrik provided a prompt response to my question.

First I wanna say thanks to Mr. Serge for his great efforted that he had and did and doing, personally appreciate it. I learned a lot about the edit and use editors app but still need to educate a lot.

I've taken the Lightroom Classic Masterclass and learned SO much from it. I'm currently working my way through the Landscape Masterclass and am again learning from it. I've bought the Photoshop for Photographers, B+W Masterclass and Zero to Pro courses and look forward to taking those. Serge is a great instructor and the courses are packed full of information it would take years to pick up if you were researching on the web or reading books. I've had to contact the support team on two occasions and both times my issues were resolved quickly and very professionally. Thank you so much Patrik! I've been taking photos for more than 40 years and am getting back into it after a long break and a lot has changed. I'm so glad to have found Serge's courses - they are fantastic value for money and the support is second to none! Highly highly recommended.
