Had to upgrade to a Surface Pro 7. I have been reinstalling numerous programs and spending time with IT support. Photoserge was quick to respond to my issue and it was an easy fix.

I have nothing but great things to say about Serge and his training. I am a beginner photographer and have found Serge's training webinars, his enthusiasm and his keenness to help others, beyond reproach. I have the utmost respect for Serge and his team and unequivocally recommend his knowledge and teaching to anyone who wants to improve their skills in photography.

After Serge had update his website, I couldn't access my products as there was no button linking the site to my library. So I wrote to Customer Service, received a detailed reply from Patrick on what to do together with the necessary link. Thank you Patrick for your prompt, friendly and professional action!

I attended a recent webinar, hosted by the great man himself. at the end, during the Q and A, I stated , that, due to health problems, I, unfortunetly, was moving away from the photography side, to concentrate primarily on digital art. His wonderful team, replied with several links to aid me with this endevour, all free. Brilliant

As a hobbyist photographer, I am very impressed with the courses and tools offered by Serge and am working my way through slowly and surely. I am very impressed with the customer service I received from Patrik. After only 2 e-mails, Patrik was awesome in finding what I needed. I've never had such extraordinary support and wish more businesses would take note to provide such excellent service! Keep up the good work and thanks again.
