Third Class Support . No Reply live support always offline and ticket response almost 48 hours if .

Photon Hosting support was super fast and I am newbie for hosting but they helped me beyond their support scope. He talked me through what he needed and was able to fix things fast.

Do not sign up for these guys. I have tickets in and they have not answered for weeks. They also blocked access to do backups. So I can not retrieve my clients data.

Third class service, my reseller account not working. All sites hosted are down, I am unable to answer my client whose sites are hosted on this server. There is no response from PhotonHosting as usual.

The best part what I like was migrating my website to theme without any downtime . I am not sure how they done , but was wonderful experience . In my opinion they are the more than just a host .

I was hosting my domain on cpanel & later decided to move it to directadmin . Migration was really difficult for me but PhotonHosting guys saved me . They helped me out of their scope to resolve my issues during & after migration . I am very happy with them . Thank you

Dont waste your time here I have been using this service for past 3 years now, every time i faced an issue it was a nightmare to get it resolved, they take 24 hours to reply, their online chat is of no use. I always thought of changing my domain hosting to a different company but they some how solved it within the time frame of 48 hours. But this time, its been 24 days and they have not resolved the issue, i cannot access my emails, I cannot access my cPanel, i'm just stuck with these guys for believing that they can be better one day.

Pros : I liked their support, hosting quality & security . Certainly I'll recommend them. Cons: They have revised their pricing. By the way, they are best if you are serious about your business .
