Excellent product. Poor shopping experience
I ordered a grip to the UK and received no emails confirmation, the site’s Contact Us form didn’t work and the account creation and password reset systems all don’t work so you can’t log in to track your order. I got tracking information through PayPal a few days after placing the order and it arrived less than 2 weeks after the initial order. The grip works great.
