PhoneSuit ignored my warranty claim
I bought a PhoneSuit Journey 20K battery in October 2025 for about $142. It stopped working completely within the company’s advertised one-year warranty period. I contacted PhoneSuit customer support in June 2026, attached my receipt, and asked for a warranty replacement. I received no response. I then called their published support number multiple times during business hours and left messages, but no one called me back. In August, I sent a final written request giving them 10 business days to provide a replacement or refund. Again, no response. What makes this especially frustrating is that PhoneSuit later sent promotional email to the same email address I had used for my warranty claim, an email address I had never provided to them through any other channel, while my warranty request itself remained completely unanswered. I also contacted the retailer for help and received no response there either. I have now filed complaints with the California Attorney General’s Office and the Better Business Bureau. I would not buy from PhoneSuit again. A warranty is only useful if the company actually responds when a product fails. Receiving promotional emails at an address I had only used to contact support, while my warranty claim went unanswered, felt extremely disrespectful and, frankly, indecent.
