Catalytic Converter Return
Delivery was very timely. When returning a product customers often times expect some form of “resentment” from the company (my opinion). Customer service was “excellent” in tone and was absolutely respectful in spite of being conducted entirely via email (except the original contact because I phoned after hours and left a voicemail)!! Requesting a refund was easy and approved within 2 days.
