Philadelphia Mortgage BrokersReviews of phillymb.com

Great Experience with Tom Fellenz, we were recommended to Tom by Kimberly Rosado who is our agent and friend, Tom was always very knowledgeable and straight to the point, never made us fantasize about anything we couldn’t afford. I would gladly recommend to anyone I know.

Paul Dooley, the Loan Officer, did an outstanding job for me. very professional & creative. No one else could/would have done such an amazing job.

Philly mortgage brokers was a life saver. I didn't think I could afford a home until Andy walked me through the loan in detail. We were able to look at all the variables to find my down payment and exactly how much I could spend on a home at the time. I've recommended PMB to my friends looking for homes and current owners looking to refi. I love my home and am grateful to the service you all provide.

Awesome company, Paul is very seasoned and made both my personal settlements so easy. I have used many mortgage companies over the past 35 years ( I am in the Real Estate business ) and he is by far the best. We have used him for years in our office and our customers love him. I would reccemmend Phil. MB esp Paul Carson to anyone wanting a smooth closing, if I could I would give them 10 stars.

With me every step of the way - locked me in and then found out there was a lower interest before the closing - great job!

Paul Dooley was a great person to work with we hit a couple of bumps but paul did a fantastic job would recommend them to all
