Dear Patricia, Thank you for your recent iHealth Fulfillment purchase. You recently placed an order for the extremely popular weight loss product Phenocal. Unfortunately, we have had to cancel your order. Phenocal contains an ingredient known as Hoodia Gordonii. This ingredient is a restricted and protected plant in your country and customs will not clear the shipment without a proper certificate. Unfortunately, only the manufacturer of this product can obtain the proper certificate and as the distributor we are unable to obtain it as of this time.
