Wow! What a shock. We had not been to PF Chang's at North Point in Alpharetta GA for a year or so. The table setting had chop stick holders and a variety of sauces. The service was very pleasant with knowledgeable servers. Our visit the other day proved to be a disappointing disaster. Our waiter called us you guys, and appeared not interested that we were there as customers. I really did not like when he scratched his head and ear while he took our order. We were asked if we were still working on our food.Come on waitpeople , does it look as though we are pick and shoveling our way through a mound of food that was dumped by some earth moving machine? Then when he brought plates for our entree, he moved our used plates by pushing them aside with the clean plates and started to walk away,I must have had a strange look on my face, because he looked at me and said "what?" I said that I thought he would like to remove the dirty plates from the table. He said oh yeah and did. No holder for the chop sticks, didn't want to put them on the table so he brought me a napkin so the little germs from the table would not dance on them. A plastic spoon came with the soup...Plastic??? The toilet sea was unhinged and I nearly slid into the little trash holder on the wall. Poor trash holder was hanging by one screw, I didn't want to further destroy it. The food was cold and dried out. The dough on the won tons was thick and pasty. Oh Lord, I need to go lie down after typing and remembering all this.

The manager that runs the place needs training.. we go often but are disappointed each time. One time they were serving huge chunks of hard brocolli and when we told the manager he said that the prep kitchen doesn't know what they are doing so he brought us a new plate guess what huge pieces of hard brocolli really!!!!... this last visit we had hard dried rice but didnt say anything because the manager wouldn't know how to handle it sad but true... it's a great atmosphere and used to be very good food but now it's going down hill. You need a manager who knows what they are doing or your business will fold like many others....I hope not...

We typically like this restaurant, but our last visit was not great. We are creatures of habit and ordered the same thing we always do, Mongolian beef and orange peel chicken (boring) but we like them. The beef was lukewarm and had no crispy noodle garnish. The chicken tasted fine, but it was tossed with mandarins out of a can or Jar, come on (neither portion nor quality warranted the $16 to $18 price tag) . They gave us a surprise shrimp which I enjoyed, but imagine someone with a shellfish allergy. To top it off, our poor waitress was working her first shift alone in the bar area where they have full service. She was serving about 25-30 people at 5 different tables, flailing, while neither of the 2 managers assisted in any way that I could see. They were having more fun hanging with the other employees who could give them more face time. This was Saturday 12/15 around 6:30pm at the 16th and J St location in Sacramento. Our last PF Chang's experience. The waitress gets bonus points for keeping it together under such circumstances.

Didn't have a great experience here, service was absolutely poor, waiters just ignore you when you try to get their attention, I had to ask a waiter if I can place my order for starters, I was not even asked if I wanted to order my mains after! I ordered a bottle of wine which the waiter didn't even pour in a glass for me, food is way too overpriced for the quality, my squid was rock hard and chewy. There was a couple next to us that just got up and left due to the poor service! Wish I had a better experience and this restaurant because it looked so good on instagram!

Went to the London branch/ Leicester Sq. The food was nice but the service was poor. We paid and was heading to leave the restaurant when the Waiter realised he gave us someone else's bill! We were called back, which was embarrassing as other customers were looking at us thinking we were going to walk out without paying?!

Had dinner at the Winter Park FL location and both the brown & white rice were extremely undercooked. My husband portion of what he ordered was small!! Disappointed with dinner this time around.

Food was delicious and prepared as ordered. This review is mostly for the absolute unprofessional service that we received today with Heather (server). We are regular customers, we go to this place at least four to five times a month and have never gotten such a bad treatment from a server. It all started when we ordered water with lemon to drink, her actitud changed right away... I don't think I need to apologized for not wanting drinks or not drinking any soda. Then we put our order and everything was fine (we had a free entree because the rewards program). Everything was fine, food as I said before was delicious... until Heather came while we were eating (IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR MEAL) and demanded to pull the phone and retrieve the cupon code for the free entree. BAD BAD BAD... My husband stopped eating, and gave it to her and told her that it must have been really important to her since she could not wait until we were done eating... her answer was: well, if wanted to have the $14 off the bill... and giggle. Since while being at the restaurant the floor manager never stop by our table we called to the restaurant after we left and spoke with Valery (manager) who said she would get to the bottom of the situation and call us back.
