As I said to their delightful manager? I wanted to love you? It would have been so easy and relaxing to finish my 10 hours and enjoy a cocktail and dinner. Instead I waited almost 20 minutes for a drink in a near empty restaurant. I had to get my food to go as I received a work call that needed addressing. I got the food to go and arrived at home happy at last to enjoy my meal. The appetizer calamari was quite good, but the pad thai had four bite size pieces of tofu. I paid for combo of shrimp and chicken it had 2 pieces again bite size and one shrimp. Not what I expected from PF Chang. To their credit they're refunding me for the pad thai. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

My wife wanted to go to P.F Chang's for dinner because she had heard that the food was great. I had expressed my feelings to her about how I felt that they were going to be over priced because it was more about a brand name than about real Chinese food. So we went there and after paying a high price for what we both felt was a watered down version of the real thing, we left there feeling very disappointed. My wife and I both have always loved Chinese food and have both worked in Chinese restaurants for many years, and after having the real thing all these years this was a great disappointment. Save your money and eat at your small local Chinese restaurant. The portions will be bigger, the food will taste way better, and you'll save a ton of money!

Waited to sit down at the bar for lunch 10 minutes due to dirty dishes. The another 10 for service. Once order was taken I had to ask for my water. Lunch portion very small. I had to ask for sauce. I will not be back. I have given this 3 chances for lunch.

I should have read the reviews before placing an order. Pick-up was fine, but this was the WORST food I've ever had from PF Chang's (Marlton, NJ). Wonton soup tasted like dishwater. Totally inedible. The sauce on the outside of the Mongolian beef was flavorful, but if the meat started as beef, that was impossible to tell. The chunks of meat were tough and overcooked, almost too challenging to chew. Fried rice was okay, but just okay. The only truly enjoyable thing was the lettuce wraps, but there was barely enough to enjoy. I assumed the issue was that the restaurant is doing take-out only, so it's kitchen isn't at full capacity. But reading the reviews, I'm not so sure. Probably won't visit PF Chang's anytime soon.

Insane prices and ridiculous small portions.

My last order will in fact be my last order No rice with my main course. No Sauce with my lettuce wraps. No way to rectify or at least acknowledge the errors

I am very disappointed with the new menu at P.F. CHANGS. They dropped many of the great entrees and added a few lousy replacements. The menu is sparse and the food quality is terrible. We had the lettuce wraps and it was served with a very small portion of meat with the crispy noodles on the bottom of the container - very poorly served. We did not realize the noodles were there till we finished the meat. We also ordered ginger chicken with broccoli. Extremely small portion and was very flat in taste. Highly disappointed the walnut shrimp melon was eliminated from menu. The new menu choices are terrible and expensive!!! WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN!!! we have been going for years - what a major disappointment!!!

This place instantly went from a 10 to a 2... and the only reason for 2 is the atmosphere and all the super cool people who work there... They changed their menu to a cheap looking piece of paper, with 80% of the food is no longer available, they even increased the prices. No more avocado egg roll & honeydew walnut shrimp. Goodbye PF Chang.
