My husband and I have gotten delivery about 6 times from their Grand Central location in NYC and we will never order from them again. A couple of times they left out a fruit cup for our daughter's meal and agreed to give us a refund (instead of bringing the fruit cup which we wanted). The refund never appeared but it was such a small amount, we let it go. After a third time with no fruit cup, we stopped ordering it. Another time we called when the food hadn't arrived after an hour and they said there was nothing they can do since they use Doordash for deliveries. The most recent time, they left out the rice from our 2 entrees. I asked them to send it and the restaurant said that we have to contact the Doordash driver ourselves and arrange for him to come back to the restaurant (!) even though we didn't have his number. (Apparently once the Doordash driver picks up the food, they're no longer responsible for it.) When I asked for a partial refund, they said no, because rice is a "free" item, but if I want to come into the restaurant I can have all the rice I want (???).

Bartender was nice but drinks sucked, they were out of moscato. but wait, we almost didn’t get in after making a reservation (it’s Father’s Day today). The hostess advised the kitchen “crashed” two hours ago but we could possibly get seated at the bar. Once again we hear there is no Sushi .. we were in Brandon, FL 3 weeks ago and that location had no sushi. I ordered the sesame chicken and the broccoli was undercooked. My husband ordered the salmon and his dish was fine. They forgot to bring our pork egg rolls for our appetizer. Just done. We could of stayed home and ordered Chinese and I have moscato at the house.

Food was not as good as the $44 we paid for 2 people. Way overpriced for the quality you get, would rather do Pei Wei.

I ordered Chang’s spicy chicken adult meal and got a kids meal. I even paid 3 dollars more to get fired rice and ended up with a spoon full of rice and maybe a spoon and a half of chicken. As much as I spent you would think that I would have gotten more food than my kids. Disappointed. I learned my lesson about take out, from now on dine-in only or don’t order at all.

I live in Myrtle Beach and I often go to PF Chang's in market comments recently placed in order using door - - and it was no problem there I ordered The shrimp with lobster sauce I had shrimp with lobster sauce plenty of times that white sauce Cantonese style like I've had a zillion times before up North and other places when I received it and opened it it didn't even resemble lobster source it was Brown it was disgusting it tasted funky I put a complaint in with door - goes that's what your supposed to on I never heard anything back but they didn't cook it pf Chang's in Myrtle Beach cooked it That's how you lose customers word spreads Again this was really disgusting Again this was really disgusting No refund talk no emails no nothing

Ordered curbside. My husband and I ordered steak, fried rice and lo mein. Spent over $60. The food was terrible. The lo mein was bland. 1 piece of steak and the rice was not the greatest. Not enough food for 2. Still the food was so terrible, we hardly touched it. Never again

My last trip there and this today made my decision very quick. Last time we were going to eat in but wait time was two hrs. We decided to order and pick up. I asked how long to pick up order. Was told two hrs. To go orders should not take this long. We picked up our order and went home. The food was cold. The ice cream for the lava cake was completely melted. This time my fried rice tasted terrible. They have really gone down hill on service and food. This was our go to restaurant when ever we were celebrating something. Never again. Will never go back.

The service was not excellent. I had to wait more than 45 minutes and even after that the staff at the front, gave no reassurance as to when I would be seated ( at a point i felt as though I was invisible). After I double checked with one of the staff members at the front, he responded saying, "I have no idea as to when you will be seated", (even after the 45 minute time frame had passed). I had to seek further assistance that day. Based on how long I was standing, I also thought of going to another restaurant, as well. I was finally seated and the waiter was not very hospitable- very rude comments. I had to ask for a replacement and as such, my plan maybe to avoid going back to that location on (Harvey Street, Stratford Road) for right now, despite the fact that it was one of the locations that I visited quite often: sad indeed!
