My family and I went to have dinner in the restaurant in Tempe we were sited and the waiter that took our order was mad not paying attention to our order the when he came with our drink I told him my husband asked for strawberry lemonade he said ok mad and grabs my kids cup and takes off my husband gets up and Said let’s go he walked out I asked to speak to a manager Christine was the manager and said plz let me take care of you personally and I will give you a different table I will serve you my self so we deside to eat outside then we had a wonderful time the manager was excellent and the chicken soup was amazing we are frequent customers

With a disabled husband and an almost 99 yr. old mother it is difficult to go out to eat in a restaurant, so we do take-out quite a bit. Tonight we were disappointed with the fact that brown rice was ordered and we got white. The Korean Bulgogi Steak dinner did not have the onions as pictured. Everything was delicious, but it would have been a better experience if things were packed as requested

Decent pricing, food could be better

Yesterday night I took my family, including my daughter who had flown in for Christmas, to my fav restaurant, PF Changs in Maple Grove, MN. My husband and I raved about the food to my daughter. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. Ordered oolong tea. We ordered our favorite dishes: Oolong sea bass and Mongolian beef for my son and daughter. My husband and I ordered Kung Pao chicken and shrimp fried rice. After 30 minutes, the food arrived. No Kung Pao chicken and the shrimp fried rice had turned into shrimp Lo mein. It took another fifteen minutes for the last two items to arrive. We had to ask for cutlery and wait. We waited twenty minutes for the bill and never received any fortune cookies. Very poor service. Very disappointed

The reservation and ease of being seated was average. I didn't like the position of the table where they seated. I didn't say anything so that part was on me. Like many other restaurants they seat a party of two guest in their small tables which are close to the kitchen noisy and 90 percent of the waite staff have to walk by. The service was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. The food was a disappointment, I expected a more asian experience. Nothing really had any flavor or spice to it. I ordered a spicy dish and it was mediocre at best. We ordered the lettuce wraps as an appetizer and it had some mystery cubed something, and the styrofoam looking ramen noodles were anything but classy or tasty. My thoughts are they are trying to please the local clientele. Not impressed, but the decor of the restaurant was up to date.

I ordered through door dash and the delivery was prompt even earlier then expected. I am about 15 minutes from restaurant and I received my order about 45 minutes after I ordered. The food was ice cold not even warm and they did not bring the rice to go with the dinner which was disappointing. I love the food here and was looking forwad to dinner

Terrible! The restaurant changed owners and now have cheaoer ingredients and the food suffers from it. Almost all of the signature meals have changed ( all for the worst) and the prices have remained the same or higher. Id be willing to accept and increase in cost if the recipes and the quality would not have changed. They lost me as a costumer and will probably lose most of the loyal and regular costumers that frequentl the old PF Changs!

My family and I had dinner at the new Lancaster, PA location on Thursday, at approx. 5 PM. Our first impression was, "Nice decor, but sounds like a high school cafeteria!" The noise level was such that we could barely hear each other. Add to that the pounding music! We asked our server how she deals with the noise. She rolled her eyes and said, "It's really hard!" Management at this location also needs to step it up. There were food scraps on the floor under our table from previous customers and a dirty napkin on the floor... very unappetizing! As for the food, it was fantastic! Five of us ordered 2 appetizers and 3 dinners to share. The lettuce wraps were very flavorful and the lettuce clean and crisp. The sauce with the steamed dumplings was the best we've ever had. We ordered the Mongolian beef, honey chicken, and shrimp entrees. All were delicious! Our young server was very attentive and our food arrived with little wait time which was surprising given that about 10 minutes after we arrived, there was a line of customers out the door! We intend to give the restaurant another try, but next time, we will arrive between 2 and 3 and see if that makes the noise level more agreeable.
