When we were waiting for them to come and answer are question we had to wait 10 minutes then they hanged up on me. Don't depend on call in survice.

Was a “single” say in bar dining area in Clearwater FL - bartender was quick to wait on me and personable. Food however was not so good. Ordered Beef Broccoli- asked to add mushrooms and for some spice. Served food quickly—but simehow the cook managed to overcook the beef into “jerky” and there was no spice, and I had to HUNT for the added mushroom—which I was more than willing to pay for. Finally found one - sliced at about 1/16th of an inch and barely recognizable. Also ordered fried rice w/beef, shrimp and chicken — which to my experience is always a slam dunk — not this time — it was lackluster with little to NO FLAVOR! All around- the FOOD WAS AWFUL. Wait staff good.

I ordered delivery this evening from the PF Changs restaurant on N. Glebe Rd. in Arlington, Virginia. The Mongolian Beef had good flavor yet was very, very tough and difficult to chew! As October is my birthday month, I ordered the Dynamite Shrimp as my free appetizer. The shrimp was so tiny & covered with batter, I honestly could not taste the shrimp! The green beans were good as always with delicious flavors. At least one item tasted good. I order from this PF Changs often through various delivery companies. Also, have lunch their occasionally. I do not know what has happened to the quality of size and food at this Arlington, Va PF Changs. I’m very disappointed. iI do not mind paying good money for good food and always tip Drivers 20%. And most of the time their Door Dash drivers don’t even follow instructions.

I ordered from P.F. Chang's recently and was greatly disappointed. I spent $100 for food, thinking it would last for more than 1.5 days between 2 people. They forgot several things and their portion size had significantly decreased. I traveled from Delaware because they do not have this restaurant in my area. It was not worth the time and it was a waste of my money. I have been eating at P.F. Chang's for more than 10 years. I will no longer be ordering from this restaurant.

Although the service at the Somerset Mall location was superb, the food was not worth the money. This had been the first time since the beginning of COVID that we had been. The menu has significantly changed as well as the quality of food. Two of our dishes came out cold and chewy. Unless things change we won’t be back!

I just left; I enjoyed my lunch but definitely not the service. In his defense they might have over extended him, however after waiting for my bill it was obvious I had only eaten about half my lunch. When he finally brought me my tab and did remember my fortune cookie LOL there was no offer to a box. At that point I was done. Did tip about 10% but seriously he didnt earn it . Willl be awhile before I go back, if ever, Sad as it is usually my monthly treat. Oh and the manager walking around was not welcoming at all, never saw him acknowledge any customers. Oh and we were alll women mmmmmmm interesting

I had been to PF Changs before,and liked it. This time I was very disappointed . Although the soup was hot, the tea was lukewarm, and seconds weren’t offered. I ordered short ribs. I left most of the meat, because it was tough, and there was more fat and gristle than meat. My friend liked the honey chicken, but I sampled a piece and found it to be greasy. The best part was the delicious dessert,which I enjoyed since I ate hardly any of the entree. It’s difficult to make ice cream and chocolate cake taste bad. The meal was not worth the money, and was quite expensive.

I bought Mongolian beef at my grocery store frozen section..the meat was so chewy I couldn't eat it..have had other items that were good but this was awful..for the price you pay it should have been edible..not happy n store won't refund because it was not their product..never again!!
