The waiting time is crazy long!! Is beyond two hours

Bug Infested Food Served and we ate it before we could realize it had bugs in it. And we are talking about BUG"S" not 1 but many. I found it in my plate, then my daughters and then in the main dish " Buddha's Feast". The sad part is we had almost finished our dinner by the time we realized that THERE WERE BUGS IN THE FOOD. I am feeling bad since morning, with an upset stomach. Manager confirmed that the brocolli was infested with bugs as they had changed the supplier that day..but you should check before serving the food. Please please check your food before you or your family eats here.

Really went to PF CHANGS LAS CATALINAS CAGUAS PR, AND WANTED THE OFFER OF MONDAY 2X1 SUCHI.When I ask for the offer carryout, they told I can not sell it carry out. I waste my time and PF CHANGS lost a client. thank you for nothing.

Went to location in the Summit with my family. Worst experience ever. We we're seated next to the host station where all the hosts we're complaining about the customers. Ordered shrimp as an appetizer. The taste of the shrimp we're as if they we're raw&not completely done. My husband daughter&I ordered our entrees only to have to share brown rice that had a stinch &was hard. My husband's noodles tasted liked plain sticky spaghetti noodles with no seasoning. Not to mention my daughter's Chang's Spicy Chicken was Cold. Spoke with waitress whom never gave her name whom never got the manager over to our table. 1St&last experience there. Ended up paying $90&was still hungry, unsatisfied, worst experience ever. P. F. Chang's is Over rated&definitely not worth it. So if u are reading this please don't waist your time on the long wait, or money.

Worst experience ever. They even substituted a cheaper wine than they offered for,their happy hour. Really? Most customers can tell the difference. Will not be going back.

Absolutely a rip off! Food portions were small and prices were to expensive, even the drinks were over priced..And they dont even have fried rice... My first visit and my last!! Very Dissapointed!! $90.00 wasted...

I got sick after eating the sushi. The rewards program is fake.

Can't go back! I ordered my favorite sesame chicken. It had absolutely NO flavor. The place at Park Meadows was packed on a week night.
