Went to the PF Changs location in Dunwoody,GA. Absolute terrible experience. Service was lousey. Asked for sweetner for my unsweet tea, never got it, in spite of asking for it 4 times. Food finally came and it was unacceptable. It was first of all cold. Food tasted so bad one of my party refused to eat it. He asked for it to be taken away and removed from the bill. The manager came by and asked what was the problem so we attempted to tell her. She walked away while we were talking. i sent an email to the corporate office and it was ignored. Sent a second one and it was also ignored. Never will I darken their doors again.

Wow, terrible. Went to Lancaster location. They were rude and hasty on the phone. The waiter didn't smile once while simultaneously rushing us and neglecting to fill water and ask questions about our needs. Took dishes without asking if we were finished. Seafood had no flavor of its own. $100 for a terrible experience for three. I will stick to the local Asian restaurants from now on.

they keep changing sauces etc, when they have something people love, do not take it away. They have changed sauces, now bbq spareribs have no bbq sauce, they are terrible.

Had serveral bad experiances Chang's Lancaster pa. Spoke with the manager he appolojized, said he would send a credit for a free meal. Wonder where it is??? Guess he didn't care enough....very obvious in the food and service.

I went to P.F Chang’s on Friday 20th July 2018 at 17:30 with my partner, I ordered my food and received my starter appx 30minutes later however the drinks we got rather quickly. Now onto mains my wasabi mashed was given 20minutes after the starter, 45 minutes before my main. I called the waiter over and he took the wasabi mash back, 30 minutes later I asked for the third time where our mains are, The waiter than took another 15 minutes to bring the main. When our food arrived it was the same cold mash, I told the waiter he took it away and said he would bring another one. 20minutes after that, I had told the waiter to leave it as we’ve eaten our main. It was the worse experience of my life, I’ve been there a few times and enjoy the food service is so poor but this was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced absolutely appalling

Ordered take-out at a Pittsburgh location (kung pao chicken and pepper steak),when I went to pick it up I asked where the rest of the order was since it looked like they gave us kids meals,was told that is the dinner entries,there was hardly any food there and I spent $35.00 on it ,had to make a sandwich later for my wife and I at home to satisfy our hunger.We are not big eaters but this was ridiculous.I'll never get food there again.

Visited London branch today. They are very tricky, added the service charge in the bill without letting me know. Service charge is optional. They should ask whether customer is willing to pay it or not. Its a fraud. Customer service is below average. If service was great i wouldnt mind paying but later when i checked the bill, £9.80 was added as a service charge. Its the price one can pay for their meal. Hate it.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. This company simply does not give a damn about the customers. I have spent four months trying to get them to give me the correct gift card credit. They promise that someone will follow up with me. It never happens. Take a look at the endless list of customers who have had similar experiences and you will know that you are wasting your time trying to get them to listen or to take care of your needs, even simple requests. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I run a business with 170 employees and if I treated customers the way they treat them I would be out of business. I Should be out of business. They are absolutely the worst. And it starts at the top, meaning that the CEO of this organization Michael Onsaloo not only doesn't care but he is the one who cares the very least.
