We are regulars to PF Chang's in Eugene. Not anymore. Food was good as always but the service was horrible. Our waitress was inattentive. We had to ask twice for refills and for dipping sauce we had ordered (we actually stopped other wait staff to help) nor did she check on us. I can understand if you are busy with other tables, but it was at slow with only a few tables occupied in the restaurant, it was just plain bad service. My final straw was when she asked if we wanted boxes,a we agreed, then asked twice more for the boxes. She took it payment without giving us or bill, then we waited and waited whole she socialized with a couple worker. I sent my husband for a manager. Waited and waited. Finally got angry enough that we got up, leaving behind all of our food (at least half of our ordered food). Our waitress saw this and rushed over with our gift card. Then the manager, who was the one she was socializing with stopped me. I told her I didn't want to talk with her since she was part of the problem, that her socializing interfered with her servicers duties. She LIED to me and said they were discussing business. Next time, make sure the customer is not within hearing distance of your conversation. Then the general manager said she never wanted to hijack me, at the same time she is physical preventing me from leaving the restaurant. Nope, won't going back to this PFf Changs. So upset that I even have the remaining gift card with a $25 dollar balance away to strangers as we left the restaurant. Hopefully their experience was better than ours.

I ORDERED THE BEEF LO MEIN XTRA BEEF $17.00 WAS DELIVERED TO ME NOODLES WERE COOKED TO MUSH. BEEF OMG NO ITS A WHOLE BUNCH OF PIECES OF FAT STIRED IN NOODLES. WORST FOOD IN THIS WORLD I HAVE EVER TASTED

We went as a family to eat out on Saturday, 19th October 2019 night. Lot of people in this PF Chang's location in Grapevine, Dallas restaurant and we were given a table in right most table in the restaurant - to our surprise, we saw like 5-8 people standing in queue in front of our table, had to request them to excuse to pass by to sit - first thought there must be some temporary limitation because of restroom and people are probably waiting, but it was very weird to see people standing all over our table and our heads, so got up to check and found that this is the queue for online pickup orders and queue keeps increasing/refreshing every minute! went to check with the front desk girl who said, she has no control on that queue and cannot do anything! requested her to point to manager on duty, and comes another weird personality stating she has no other option! looking at both front desk lady and manager lady, you will instantly know that instead of caring for customers , they are busy for nothing and taking care of customers is like last effort they want to put! then there was a Chinese guy with a computer set in a separate desk - may be is owner, not sure, hearing our talk, he comes in front and asks standing people in queue to move to adjoining wall! (it was so weird to see that food pick up people walk from front door of restaurant till last table to pick up their online orders - what a dummy idea and of course restaurant gives you a feeling of sitting on road! so forget about having a fine dining experience for which you are paying premium eating in this expensive restaurant. & then food arrives : We ordered Chicken Salad as appetizer and my son tried to bite chicken and felt uncooked, raw chicken piece - called waitress who also checked and was shocked and instantly took back the plate! WORST EXPERIENCE from table-seating to food to customer care to restaurant management and spoiled our Saturday night eating experience! WILL NEVER EVER GO TO ANY PF CHANG!!!!

Food poisoning for 2, this is the first time I have ever been to well known restaurant and had food poisoning. Tried calling them the day after and you can’t get through.

We had an absolute awful experience and will never be coming back. Our waitress looked and smelled like she’s been taking a smoke break every 5 minutes. We had to ask several times for refills and asked multiple times for sides of sauces. The restaurant was pretty much empty and it took 32 minutes to get our food. We ordered the filet mignon and then our waitress walked away and came back with refilled drinks that’s when we asked how our steak (assuming that it’s still filet mignon strips) was going to be cooked and she proceeded to under her breath mock my boyfriend in quotes “she didn’t ask how i wanted my steak to be cooked” while talking to me. My waitress never told me when i ordered the beef a la sichuan and she never mentioned it was suppose to be a “dry and crunchy meat dish”. They wanted to remake my food even though i insisted i was fine because it took 32 min to get our first order out. They ALSO did not mention that the dish they were replacing my previous one was more expensive and than the one i originally ordered. Honestly i shouldn’t have had to pay for the dish and I’m completely annoyed that my date night was ruined by a terrible experience.

How can a Chinese restaurant run out of Tea on a Tuesday? Trying to save money on supplies? Bad management? Not the 1st time. It’s not a place I would go again..,,

PF CHANGS AT THE DISTRICT IN HENDERSON NEVADA. I ordered some food for delivery. It arrived fast enough but the food was terrible. The chicken lo mein noodles were soft and mushy. The chicken fried rice had pieces of chicken that were tough, chewy and dried out. I have had diarrhea and problems for two days after eating this food.

Greensboro , NC P.F.Chang is very very bad. today we went with family they took more than hour to server food. food was very cold . quantity was very less . Manager was not understanding customers... I never visit PF Chang in my life time any location
