P.F. Chang’s at Tyson’s Corner in Virginia was once good. In the last months, they have gone to the cheap end. The crispy honey chicken and the crispy honey shrimp had hardly any taste. Someone has changed the menu. The lettuce wrap chicken sauce was soooo salty it was inedible. The prices are the same. Unless I hear it is better, I will never order there again.

Not the same as I remembered. My favorite, lettuce wraps, were served with limp lettuce. Instead of a variety of fresh veggies, nicely diced and shredded, I received a take-out style dish with diced vegetables in a sauce, as opposed to nice build your own vegetables with variety. The high standards have definitely slipped in favor of small, lower quality pieces of meat and vegetables. This location was in Indianapolis at Keystone at the Crossing.

Went to pf changs at dulles town center last night. Had stopped going there in the past but due to a friends insistence went there a fee weeks ago for a quick lunch and had soup. Dumplings and lettuce wraps and had a decent experience so convinced the family( or 4) to try it again last night. Was a terrible experience. Ordered soup, dynamite shrimp, chicken lomein and friend rice with spicy changs chicken. Ordered the big bowl of soup but she only came back with 2 smaller bowls. So asked for 2 more. Noticed one of bowls was visibly dirty- had dried up stuff on it. One of the soup spoons she brought back had dried up stuff on it as well. So, just started off with asking for 2 more bowls, another spoon before we could even get started on our soup. The dynamite shrimp looked so different than usual. It seemed more like bits and pieces of shrimp rather than whole large sized shrimps I remember the dish to be. Food was brought out, rice and spicy chicken were fine. Had asked for chicken lomein without mushrooms, when she brought out the food, the lomein didn't come, server said it accidentally got put in someone's takeout order and they were rushing to make it again. Came out quickly but had mushrooms, and didn't realise midway through the meal. To top it off, server came back with soup condiments almost around the time we were completely done with out meal and i asked for a to go box for the soup. I did point out to the server that lomein had mushrooms when she brought the check out but she seemed least concerned but did apologize. Overall a bad experience!

picked up the orange chicken at the grocery store it was horrible, The chicken was like rubber and the sauce was sour,will never buy again.

Very bad experience at Las Vegas strip PF Chang. First they got the wrong order, then they delayed it and sent it to the wrong table. Waiter was very unprofessional and the managers are pathetic. They have process issue and resource issue. I had to leave without eating at the end!! Will never go back again.

My husband and I took my Son and his girlfriend to PF Changs for his 30th birthday. We ordered drinks and appetizers. The waitress got the entire drink order wrong. She brought us white wine when we ordered red and the other drinks were wrong as well. We waited (no kidding) an hour for the appetizers and they were wrong too!! The waitress even came to the table and said "would you like to order your entree now? My husband said, " well we would like our appetizers first". When we finally got our appetizers she got my son's appetizer wrong. So he had to watch us eat for 15 minutes before he got his appetizer. We told a manager the long wait for the appetizer. The manager came over and took the entree order and finally they got it right but by that time the evening was ruined!! They never brought a birthday dessert or offered to comp at least the appetizers. I will never eat there again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Sat down with my wife and 3 kids, the waiter brought water and took our drink and our apptizer order. 20 minutes, no straw for water. Got up at 25 minutes and approached another waiter for the straws... Anyways...... horrible service ! For a restaurant I we love.

My family and I went to eat at PF Chang's In Pleasanton California. We ordered our appetizers and entrees together. Normally when we go out to eat the appetizers come 1st then the entrees come after. At this PF Chang's everything came out together. By the time we ate our appetizer the entrees or cold. They were running a special on on limited fried rice. When we wanted to order another plate it took them 45 minutes and still no fried rice. The sever came over to us and said he was going to bring it out shortly so we decided not to have them bring it we were going to take it home and we are still waiting for them to bring it to us. I have eaten in many PF Chang's restaurant. This is the worst one that I ever been to with service. I Highly recommend not eating at this PF Chang's sevice is horrible.
