I'd rather have Panda Express! It (PE) tastes better and less expensive than this crap! The wonton soup looked like dish water with food particles floating around...yuck!!!

Delivery was quick but when it arrived it was cold. The driver was extremely nice though. It would have been nice to have HOT food.

I have both eaten in and ordered take out from the PF Changs in Henderson for over five years and never had a bad experience until last night. As the Restaurant was only open for take out, we placed an order on 03/27 for Shrimp Lo Mein, Chang's Spicy Chicken, combination fried rice, 2 order of spring rolls, a hot mustard sauce and soy sauce. When I arrived home, found that the mustard sauce was missing but an egg drop soup was added. When I started eating the lo mein, I found that the noodles were so overcooked they had turned to mush instead of noodles. The only thing I could eat was the shrimp as the mush was sickening. I assume you must have someone other than your regular chefs doing the cooking as this was gross. David Long, Henderson, Nevada.

I had a ceasar salad ordered with no extra croutons and lettuce was not crisp and there were more croutons than lettuce. Food was delivered and salad was wilted and hot items were cold. I live about 2.5 miles away.

Made a complaint about the racist and sexist language used by staff at P.F. Chang Colonie center mall. My phone number was forwarded to staff there who have been sending me obscene messages on the texts and calling up at night. P.F. Chang needs to be investigated. A similar experience has happened to me at Chicago O'Hare airport where a server said: "I am educating you." I am a professor employed at a college. I find this utterly inappropriate, condescending, racist and sexist.

This week my husband and I decided to try out a high end oriental food since he knows I love me some asian food. Being our first time going, the waiter was kind enough to explain the eating style and took our order. I was excited to try the food out once it came, we ordered egg drop soup and it was barely 'alright'. I tried so hard to like the food, I really did. We got the basics like beef and broccoli but can someone tell me how the hell can you make chinese food taste so lackluster and need of salt!? Every item I order including the fried rice tasted as though it was missing ingredients, they didn't even have salt shakers on their tables! Not to mention, it was pricey for just us two. I figured the waiter knew we hated the food since we left the majority of it and denied him from packing it up for us to take home. Will not go back, I don't know if they food is meant to taste that way or if we went during a bad time? Who knows, all we know we won't be going back again. The food tasted horrible, I'd rather spend 25$ on cheap chinese take-out than tasteless 70$ oriental food.
