I placed an order online for pick up. I went and waited calling the number multiple times only to hear the voice mail had not been set up yet. I couldn't wait any longer. I called the main line only to be passed to 3 different people and finally be told, well sorry I will use this as a coaching moment and make sure they are picking up the phone. I am across the street and they couldn't bring me my food. He gave no other options to help then me going back to them, parking, going inside to make it easier, not easier. Kind of defeats curbside pick up. Not happy at all!

May 10 ordered for Mother’s Day I ordered in advance for 5:30 pick up. They oversold their orders. They called at 8:00 that my order was ready! That’s not the worst part. I called the manager at the. West Chester Ohio location the next day. All he could say was “sorry” for ruining Mother’s Day. I reached out the the district manager to share my experience. He said he would use this as a teaching moment for his manager and appreciate he reaching out to him to share my experience and wanted to send me a gift card. It is now May 24 and nothing has arrived in the mail. I would never count on PF Chang.

Went to the Dallas location and got there 8:59 the manager refused to let me order. His name was Eric. I told him I’d been calling for ten minute drive. He said “ I’m sorry” not letting you order. I realize it’s hard to find good help, but with folks like Eric runnin your store you are are doomed, and lost a 20 year customer in me

I order a large meal online as directed by the ORLAND Park Restaurant. Upon arrival I was tolled to wait in the parking lot and someone would bring the food to my car. The staff member just asked for my name and that was the last I heard from them. After a 40 min. wait, I went inside only to hear that they did not have my order which I had paid in advance. They made a token offer to take the order but the wait would be over two hours. We were left with no meal to take to my mother's house where they were expecting us. I have heard nothing from Chang's since, but they continue to take orders business as usual.

👎👎👎 PF CHANGS... I just spent 75$ on a horrible meal. The egg rolls and fried rice had ZERO flavor. The pad thai noodles had ZERO peanut flavor. I ordered curb side pick up and they put my ceasar in the same bag as my hot meals. It was a HOT caesar salad when I got home and absolutely disgusting! Save your money and time. I will never order from this place again.

We ordered dinner on Mothers Day from the Walnut Creek, Calif Restaurant. When I arrived at the scheduled pick up time I found a large group of people in front of the doors waiting for orders. Many of them were waiting for over an hour. Not a single person from the restaurant was available to check people in or address the problem or organize the crowd. Food came out occasionally hours late and without apology from anyone. My food was delivered curbside 2 1/2 hours late and cold. The order was missing 5 different items. Again, no apology. I have contacted PF Changs 3 times now in the past five days to request a refund on the missing items. I have yet to hear from them.

West Homestead (Pittsburgh), PA, the last 2 take outs were terrible! I eat here all the time and it is usually pretty yummy. I understand that they may be shortstaffed, but for the price of the food, they need to make sure orders are correct and food is cooked! Last week I ordered sweet-and-sour chicken and I got home and it was honey shrimp! Luckily I wasn’t allergic to shrimp! Also, I ordered Wonton soup. One container was filled with broth and the other container contained raw Vegetables and frozen wontons!!! Did they expect me to cook my food??? Called and complained and got a full refund. Today, we waited 90 minutes for takeout to received a sea bass, which was cooked wrong, sweet and sour chicken with no pineapples and I’m pretty sure it was reheated in the microwave because the chicken was all gross and hard! Before we left the restaurant I noticed The soup again was one container of broth and another with hardly any vegetables and wontons, so my husband went in to complain and the lady told him that there should be 6 wontons in the container. When we got home we got 3! This is supposed to be a bowl of soup not a cup! Again, my husband called and told the lady that she was wrong. Also, They forgot the extra sauce for those meals! Very disappointed!!!

Mother’s Day Ordered food on Thursday for 1 pm pick up on Mother’s Day. Called my daughter at 2:30 to see if she was okay because she had not returned. She told me she was STILL WAITING FOR THE FOOD TO COME OUT ALONG WITH ABOUT 30 OTHER PEOPLE! I called the restaurant numerous times and got no answer. Finally at 4:00 she was on her way home. Mind you, I had guests over and had not prepared anything to hold them over. When she got home we were missing the rice, lettuce for the chicken lettuce wraps and the Brussels sprouts at which point she said she was going back. After ANOTHER HOUR she got home and said she was told they ran out of Brussel sprouts and they would make her something else but it would take another HOUR! They never said the order did not have Brussel sprouts before she left. Needless too say she did not wait. By then the food was cold and tasteless. This is the WORST service I have ever received from a restaurant. But then I remembered! This was the same PF Chang’s that couldn’t seat us and others one afternoon because they said there was no wait staff, they had to wait until someone came in! NEVER AGAIN!!!
