Yesterday the 31st of July I decided to do the club side pickup. Every item was terrible. I ordered Wanton Carb : Over fried dark red on the edges and smell like old oil reheated multiple times and then throw in a over to keep the crisp part. Fried Rice : Terrible taste all the vegetable came in all sizes some broccoli where so big that I had to cut in small pieces and some onions and carrots were also bug size. Tasted like stale rice. Spicy Chicken : Terrible again the sauce was old and very less I mean VERY LESS and I really mean VERY VERY LESS.... and tasted terrible. The Chicken pieces where again not moist very dry and tasted like something was wrong ... It costed me little over $60 but I know I can make much better food at home and I am not comparing the reason we try to eat out only because at times we want to enjoy some tasty food outside but here I think I should have donated that $60 to some one needy and cook a better food for my family. I use to love the restaurant but lately it is getting bad to worst. I am not sure if I will ever go back again.

I read the reviews and everyone was like it 'awesome' and 'amazing'. I was really excited to get food from here but when we ate like dude it was such a rip off. I normally don't like to complain but the food was really bad like really bad and i am not kidding. But you know what the dessert wasn't bad its was pretty okay.

I picked up the steak Korean dish for my girlfriend . Shortly after she ate like a third of it she said it tasted like they used refried oil to cook it. Coincidently when I was waiting outside the restaurant this burned oil under could be sensed very strongly. My girlfriend ended up sick and throwing up. I did not wanted it to go to waste so last nite I ate a couple pieces and I had to throw it away. It is now 4 am and I just woke up with terrible stomach ache. That steak meat had to be decomposed cause I have never felt this bad and I DO NOT HAVE COVID. I will never ever eat in this restaurant again!!!!!

Honestly everybody I am so disappointed every time I think I'm going to go to a restaurant that was once great thinking I'm going to get the same thing quality, I am sadly mistaken I will not be going out to eat anymore this was my last stop.

Have been eating at PF Changs for years...that ended tonight. I will never return. They changed the recipe to the Orange Peel Chicken dish per their head chef I was told, only after we got home and called to complain. No forewarning when we called in our order. At least the manager stepped up to credit the cost of the meal and explained this was supposed to be conveyed to us and will counsel her employee, but I was relegated to eat white rice for my dinner at 9 pm. If you like overly breaded Panda Express this is the place for you. Not sure where the new head chef came from but they lost us as customers until it gets changed back. IT IS SO UNHEALTHY!!! Breading, breading - & breading - disgusting. Truly it was terrible decision by corporate to make such a move! Good luck PF Changs. You will hear from others no doubt.

Recently ate outside at the P F Changes in West Chester based on an excellent experience a week before. There were bird droppings on all of the chairs and would have expected them to be cleaned as part of the Covid procedure. Tables are not bused quickly and the birds are attracted because of this. Tables and chairs were not properly cleaned. The service, same server as the previous week(which had been excellent) was was indicative of someone having a very bad day. Next was the food, again as compared to the previous week was completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience and doubtful we will ever return to that restaurant.

Had a dine-in dinner at the Lansing, MI PFChangs in July 2020. We will never be back. Ordered Orange Chicken and Spicey Chicken. I'm pretty sure they put the mandarin oranges on the spicey chicken and have no orange sauce to use. My mouth was on fire with the first bite, but the spicey chicken was tasteless. We had to ask for extra sauce for that and it was still horrible. Our crab wonton appetizer was not very good either and we had to ask for the whole order after it was brought to the table. By the time we were able to get the attention of a wait person, the four we originally received were stone cold. The waitress offered to send a manager, we agreed, but never saw one. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but quality has deteriorated drastically. The following night we had four take-out dinners from our little town's local Chinese take out restaurant. Total bill was 20% less than PFChangs and the meals all tasted MUCH better. We have crossed PFChangs of our list of go tos.

I was singled out by the girl at the front desk she told me that I had to call to let them know that I'm outside for pickup when previous times I've been showing up and there has been a runner coming out taking everyone's curbside served service order the car behind me she didn't ask the question the car in front of me she didn't ask that question she just took their name and went to get the orders one of the Food Service workers in the back brought my order out so I don't know what her problem was but not good customer service today
