Always great food every time I dine in or get dinner to go. Lettuce wraps and dynamite shrimp are my favorite. Will continue to go back for great food and service!!!!!

We love PFCHANGS but have not any in wv so we always try to get to one when we travel which we did a LOT WHEN WORKING RACES. Now retired so Lexington is our closest (3 1/2) hours!! We have always been PLEASED at this restaurant last 2 times we had Andrew as our server and he’s GREAT!! We have even planned trips around PFCHANGS LEXINGTON ON WAY TO HORSE PARK Greensboro on way to Myrtle Beach snd Myrtle Beach!! PLEASE BUILD ONE CLOSE TO CHARLESTON WV!! WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED AT ANY PFCHANGS Vicki Smith

I just wanted to write a review because it’s been a year since we’ve been able to eat inside a restaurant. Today was my husband‘s birthday and we decided to go to P.F. Chang’s. I called to make a reservation and they accommodated 10 people. When I got there the table was set with fancy placemats, real chopsticks and a birthday card signed by the restaurant staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. Each table setting was set with a porcelain crane to hold the chopsticks. On the bottom of the chopsticks it says stolen from P.F. Chang’s. I asked our waiter if we were able to take them home and they said, absolutely it was a marketing thing. No other table was set up with fancy placemats and fancy chopsticks. I just wanted to say they really made my husband birthday a memorable one.

Yesterday I ordered a meal online at the Watters Creek location in Allen, TX, for pick-up. I was staying at a hotel across the street while my power was out. When I went to pick up my order, the person handling the call-in orders so he was busy. The young man behind the bar took over and helped me. I was there when the estimate in the email they sent me but my order wasn't ready. So I asked to order a second meal, since I didn't know when the power would be fixed. Louie Coly took good care of me and he hustled and got me my order. In the meantime we chatted. He said he came to work because so many others couldn't get there. He had a time trying to get there. But he was the only manager there. He was working hard and keeping things going. So I enjoyed my visit and the food was so good that I came back the next day for another round of sesame chicken! Yum! Promote that young man!

Delicious, would definitely attend again and again. Great service too.

SHELBY IS A TERRIFIC SERVER My friend and I met at the PF Chang’s at Partridge Creek Mall for dinner outdoors. Our server, Shelby was absolutely wonderful! She was very pleasant, smiling and cordial through our entire dinner. I hope Shelby receives recognition for her fantastic customer service! She most definitely displays excellent attentiveness, patience and communication skills! THANK YOU SHELBY FOR A RELAXING EVENING OUT !

I ordered online and my order was delayed when I went to pick it up; however, Ean Carroll (Operating Parter) came out personally to apologized and gave me his card. Any order can be delayed for any reason but you don't get a Manager to come out and apologize personally and at the end he gave me my order. Talking about customer service, this is why I'm giving 5 stars. I'll keep coming to PF Chang at NMB.
