me and my husband went for this first time. we had a great meal and our sever " Luke" was Excellent. will come back. we ordered the signature sampler Mongolian beef fried rice chilean sea bass, and mandarian crunch salad .cy husband had a blue moon,, I drink h2o. nice experience for our first time. kudos to Luke and his attention to us. will come back. happy holidays....

Good service and very filling, love the dynamite shrimps.

My wife and I went to the P.F. Chang’s in Asheville, N.C. on a blustery winter day. It was mid afternoon so there was no waiting time. We quickly had our drinks and appetizers and not long after that our main entrees. All in all the food was very good, a bit Americanized, but still very good. The wait staff’s attention fell off a bit after we paid our check and finished our drinks, but the rest of the experience was good. I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before I went. Thumbs up to Asheville P.F. Chang’s.

I recently treated myself to some PF Chang's for dinner. I called in a order to grab on my way home from work. I ordered thier salt and pepper prawns which is so delicious my mouth literally waters everytime I think about it. PF Chang's is a higher scale restaurant and the prices reflect that. But the food is so good and my portion size was very good. I had left over to enjoy later as well! My only complaint is I specifically asked the woman that took my order to include the trio sauces they bring to the table with my order, and reminded the person who answered when I called to let them know I was at curb side parking spot. The sauces were not in my order. There were 3 of 1 of the sauces instead of 1 of each. Especially considering I gave over a 20% tip this should not have been the case. But I still enjoyed my dinner very much and highly recommend this entree if you like prawns!

Server was excellent and very knowledgeable. Food could have come a little quicker though. The Miso Salmon was another story. It was a bit over cooked and a bit dry. I love Salmon so I was just a bit disappointed that I cannot brag about the dish I ordered. But I know there's is several dishes that are great. Sushi and lettuce wraps very good. The banana dessert was delicious!

Ordered take out at Phillips Place location. The service was fast. Food was good but the chef between 5:30 and 7pm today watered down the Mongolian beef sauce so that was a hit and miss. Normally its much better than today. Otherwise it was good and the lady at the takeout area was professional and welcoming. The 2 ladies at the other podium need to go home or work in kitchen, clean tables or something? They were leaning all over the other podium as though they were bored which is not a good look for people entering into the restaurant?

Took my partner here for he’s birthday was both our first time very shocked about bad reviews as I feel like we had pretty good service and quick. Food was very lovely so will definitely recommend. Great flavours compared to your average Chinese so can’t complain. Only downfall was we were seated very close to other people like they were apart of our party and I did request it was a birthday so would have been nice if they could have made effort to welcome us as a birthday welcome or do something extra but either way was still good just tables were high and way too close to other people.

Please return Hot and Sour Soup — taking it off the menu is a huge miss — I heard 3 people try to order it and we’re so upset— my husband and I were so disappointed —it was one of the best things you have — we would drive almost 2 hours to the KC Plaza to eat — not sure if when we go back if it is not there — we will pr not return— please reconsider
