Ordered sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls, portion size for chicken much smaller and egg roll looked like burritos plus did not smell fresh, very disappointed

Were here tonight 🌷 Dinner a little deceiving …,,compare to past ones ! 2 cocktails drinks ..,, eye of the tiger and one with coconut .,,,very bitter and not drinkable at all ! As so great in the past we are coming as regularly customer ! My beef and broccolis had a very poor tasty sauce used to be great, something missing there ? Was not tasty too watery same with the dumplings sauce, sorry to write thisc😳 Disappointed, tonight dinner . Great service, always , thank you 😄 Andy Long & Francoise Roberts

Even though our last visit had redeemed P.F. Chang's in our minds thanks to our wonderful server Summer in Ft. Myers. Sadly, it has been steadily declining over the past few years. The service, the atmosphere, and the choices on the menu. The service has been steadily becoming the biggest downfall. Hence, having Summer as our server the other night was a complete breath of fresh air. Our last few servers and hosts and hostesses were far from the standards held years ago. Way back when dark denim jeans and white long-sleeve button-down shirts were the front-of-house staff uniforms. The atmosphere also changed greatly, beginning with the painting of the horse standing at the entrance. The travesty of painting such a horse. My heart was crushed. Lastly, the food is the ultimate reason why we still go there. It is still amazing and has ruined me for eating Chinese Cuisine anywhere else to this day. But, they removed some items we loved. Yet, in the defense of the R&D department, they did make it possible with newer creations to customize and have similar versions of them if we wish. I just long for the "OG" version of P.F. Changs China Bistro, held to the standards it used to be held to, Pre-COVID, before everything....

Today's PF CHANG isn't what the restaurant started out to be. Sure, the ambiance is great, but the food has taken a downturn. Example: When we ordered an appetizer, they use to bring to the table 4 components so you could mix your own sauce to go with the app. Not any longer! And if you ask your teenage server for the sauce mixes, they have no clue what you're talking about. Entrees use to be fresh & creative. Now they taste like mass-produced frozen entrees. This deterioration is a shame because they have a unique niche but have bastardized their product.

Great service and great food. The music being played was AWFUL…..irritating to the point that we had appetizers and left. Apparently they use a playlist in all the restaurants. Not music. Repetitive sounds. Having ears assaulted isn't worth the great food.

We make it a point to pf changs at least once or twice a month. We always order the same menu. Mongolian beef and an appetizer. For some reason we were given one rice to share. Usually we each get our own rice. When I mentioned this to the server she wasn't very pleasant. I don't think this is the way customer service should be. She seemed annoyed. She came back with another small bowl of rice and basically dumped it on the table and left. Her customer servicing has a lot to be desired.

PLEASE BRING BACK LAVA CAKE IT WAS A FAVORITE!!

I got orange chicken and my boyfriend got the honey shrimp. The chicken flavor was good but i found it had too much batter on it, my boyfriend liked the shrimp but I didn’t care for the honey. It was alright definitely had better.
