P.F. Chang'sReviews of pfchangs.com

Pf changs off Immokalee Rd in Naples , Fl very disappointed. Restaurant was dirty, dirty tables , food on the floor. That manager needs training . Restaurant wasn’t busy and yet our food took awhile. Have been going to PF Changs for many yes but I don’t believe we’ll be returning to this one

Went for my husband birthday dinner. Party of four. Food was mediocre. Spring rolls had no flavour. Chicken wings and chicken dynamite was nice. The mains were ok. . The waiter staff were ok. The bill was £150 with soft drinks Not worth the money Would not recommend this place. Nothing special at all.

We felt very rushed from the time we were seated. Waiter seemed very impatient with us…we wanted to enjoy a glass of wine & visit. When our order came one of the orders was wrong. We immediately told the waiter who insisted the order was correct. No need for a disagreement from the waiter, just correct it. We stated we have never ordered that dish. He didn’t seem to care, no apology then reordered the correct dish which took an additional 20 minutes. When the ticket was presented, he proceeded to drop several fortune cookies on the table and walked off. No thank you or apology. We were all very disappointed. Worse service we have ever experienced at the 83rd location in Peoria AZ Would have liked an acknowledgment of how we wanted to spend our time dinning with friends & for the error.

Pruces outrageous for quality. Soup tasted reheated several times. It was a hot sour soup. I had Wong tong which was good. I had lettuce wraps. Price high for lettuce and reheated chicken. Service was fair. I ate there a few years ago and ordered the same. It was wonderful. It is ashame that resturants can charge double and give customers half of good quality food and service

Just ordered a kungpao chicken bowl. Full of brown rice. Disappointed to order kungpao chicken filled with 95% brown rice.

So we had a delicious meal at PF Changs this evening in Daytona Beach , our waitlist was a good waitress as far as delivery our food. However, she clearly did not read the room. She proceeded to tell us about Woke people and that she has a day care during the week where she teaches children about Jesus. That the problem with public schools is they took Jesus out of the classroom. So I bit by tongue until we got the bill.I left her a $10 tip on a $120 bill. I wrote on the check I Am Woke, I did not ask for your opinion on politics or religion. I don’t care what your opinion is as I did not ask for it. Just because I wear my military service hat does not make me a Trump supporter. Then I called her manager.

Really disappointed with PF Chang at Towne Center, Jacksonville FL. The food quality continues to go down. Way too much breading on the protein & quality of food just not as good as it used to be. No soap in the hand dispenser in the restroom & just a general feeling of dirty. When coming to Amelia Island, PF Chang use to be one of our family’s destination treats, but no more until improvements are made.
