Mother’s Day. 5/8/2021. I ordered a bottle of wine to celebrate. I was still eating my food and had wine left in my glass as waitress came in and started bagging food in front of me without my permission kicking me out. I will not come back. Orange chicken new recipe is pretty horrible as well. I liked this restaurant before but I will not be back.

I made a reservation at PF Chang’s just to be told when I arrived on time for my reservation (close to time to respect COVID chages) to be told that “they will be seating by check in time” so it will probably be 30-40 minutes. Why make a reservation then? Horrible service. This was the PF Chang’s next to the Keystone Mall in Indianapolis, IN.

Promised pick up time was 6.03pm, actual was 6.50pm. KungPao Chicken was very bland and not spicy at all. Singapore Noodles were also tasteless. Overall awful.

Terrible experience at Wauwatosa, Wisconsin location. Made reservation personally at 6pm for dinner at 7pm and they never texted me about the table being ready. Ended up eating at different restaurant but have a bad taste of this place. Emailed and talked to manager next day about this and never got call back with explanation what happened. Staff is inexperienced,rude and incompetent.

Heights of racism! They make Black people and other ethnicity people sit on one side and white people on the other side of the dinning area. I mean I don't understand, does no one sees that? Even the food is not worthy of the price. The noodles had no taste but at all. No recommendable!

Worse experience, food was overcooked, my honey crisp shrimp tasted like it was fried in old oil. Two hours after eating there I came down with food poisoning. This was the only thing I had to eat yesterday besides a small bag of pretzels. Luckily my boyfriend did not get the same thing and didn't get sick. It was a rough 3 hours. PF Changs has always been one of my favorite restaurants but I can honestly say I will not return or recommend it, especially the one on Jefferson Ave in Newport News, VA. The food quality has really dropped, beyond disappointed.

Food was good, but then my heart started pounding, my blood pressure raised, I felt thirsty all night, and then the next day I got a slight sore throat. I don't know what they do to make the meat that tender, but it shouldn't be legal. Glad I didn't have an aneurism or heart attack, and wonder how many people with heart problems this food has killed.

We ordered carryout from the Beachwood Ohio PF Changs. My wife ordered the Kung Pao shrimp with brown rice MEAL, I ordered the crispy honey chicken with white rice bowl. The nearest PF chang to us is close to 20 miles away. When we got home we discovered that the brown rice for my wife's meal was missing. We had no time to go back so I called the restaurant to let them know. When I told them they forgot to put the rice in with her meal and that we traveled 40 miles round trip to get the meal and we had no time to come back because I work 2nd shift, their response was "well the rice is free with the meal anyway". Are you kidding me? What an asinine response. It's a PART of the meal. Its NOT free! They told me they would send me a $10: gift card. I told them the Kung pao shrimp meal (not the bowl, THE meal) cost more than $10. Their response was they would send a gift card to my email by end of day. That was 2 days ago, I'm still waiting for gift card. I'm still amazed that anyone would tell you a part of a meal that you order is FREE when in reality it's a PART of what makes it a meal.
