I purchased a frozen PF Change Home dinner bowl at Safeway labeled P F Chang Korean Inspired Pork. The picture on the box showed beautiful noodles an chunks of pork, described LoMein noodles with prk shoulder, carrots, green cabbage, shitake mushrooms. The biggest piec of pork I found wa about 1/16 of an inch and I only found a few. No obvious mshrooms - It was a pitiful pile of noodles with what it described as a spicy gochujang sauce. The sauce burned my mouth out even my lower lip was burning. - there was no other taste. - absolutely nothing like they serve in their restaurants. On the box it says "At Pf Changs our food is made from scratch every day in every restaurant and when you can't come to the restaurant nothing comes closer to the flavors you love than our PF Chang Home Menu" I had to throw thismeal in the garbage disposal. Despite there being very very space ingredients with the noodles, there should have been SIX spice stars on the box.

I was at PFChangs in Albany NY with my kids and my husband to celebrate the 1st day of CNY. We were so disappointed, waited for 50 mins for 7 entrees to out together and all the entrees were cold, fried rice was mushy, Peking Duck was tough and over roasted. None of the dishes we were happy about. I’m a Asian I know Chinese dishes, they were really sucks and awful. Never go back again and wasted my $210 to celebrate my CNY….. Jenny Lee

I ordered the food online at 7 PM and I got the message that the food will be ready at 930 PM. I tried to cancel the order since they charged my credit card without authorization ( I used the credit card for the previous order but I never saved the credit card on their site) and they said that I can not cancel the order. The store is located at Cumberland Mall in Atlanta GA. Total scam. I will never order anything from PF Chang.

My brother wanted to eat at of changs for his 16 birthday we got there at 7:28pm and waited 1hour for a table and 2 hours and 30 minutes for our food and did not get all our food and the was not cooked and that ended up making me write this review and was the worst restaurant I ever had been to and that’s the first and last I go there

P F Chang on Charleston blvd is horrible. We have been steady customers for years and it has gone steadily downhill. The lighting is like a donut shop and the music is annoying. Furthermore, because they focus almost entirely on take out orders, the food and dining service is poor. Save your money, they operate by corporate policies and only make excuses.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday at the one at Millenia Mall. The food was horrible. The quality is not the same anymore. We asked for well done and it wasn't. That was my place to go for my Birthday every year. Will never go there again!!!!!

If I could rate it a zero I would. Even though it was New Years Eve, it still took 4 hours to get my dinner delivered. I called at 4:30pm and they told me 2 hour wait, which was acceptable considering the holiday but we received our food at 8:40pm. I called them twice during that time period and they said the problem was with the 3rd party delivery people! Our order was messed up when we finally did receive it. They gave our meal to us for free, yeah duh!! Big deal! Lousy service and so was the food after 4 hours. Unacceptable wait time even if it was NY Eve! That was my last time doing business with them!

PG Chang at the waterfront homestead pa Service was good food was awful. Only thing I tasted was vinegar. The chicken lettuce wraps were overpowering with taste of vinegar. The crispy honey chicken was overbearing with taste of vinegar. Will not return! Some bad food!
