I took my son to lunch for his birthday the service was horrible the food is mediocre and the price was horrendous $109 for lunch I will never be going back

Jesus! Can we scrape the bottom of the barrel any deeper and place them as hostess. Unprofessional, rude, and out right shameful. Talking to customers like shes doing favor and that you're putting her out because you simply entered and attempted to grab a seat in the bar area because the dining had an obvious wait. The hospitality/service industry clearly took the biggest with all the problems swirling. Dammit, i really like PF’s

Terrible Experience. Loved PF Changs in Florida so chose it for my birthday dinner here in Buffalo area on 4/12/22. Hostess was extremely rude and annoyed when I asked to be seated elsewhere as the booth seat was all taped up. She just walked away and sent someone else. We were seated at a table where I had to clean off the chair. Our server had no clue--he was totally incompetent. We waited forever. He kept messing up orders from table to table. People got wrong drinks or no drinks. He had to keep going back to r-take orders as he forgot to ask what kind of rice was wanted. Our food, when it finally arrived, was very good. Server told me I was getting complimentary dessert as birthday gift. Was very surprised and pleased. However, after waiting 20 minutes, we just paid and left with no dessert. Would not go back. Serious help needed in customer service at this place. Spent 2 very frustrating hours. Since posting, spoke with manager. She apologized profusely and offered a gift card to try PF Changs again. Will do do

Normally I like PF changs I cook it at home a lot however this time a kindergartener could have ate it all and wanted more. I am very disappointed. There wasn't enough in there for one person let alone two. Wish I could upload the picture to show you the pan is about empty

Horrible food!

I waited 1hr and 45 minutes for my food when it came out it was burnt ,mind you I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and it seem like brown stew how dark it,they re make it and things went left from there what makes matters worse I DONT eat chicken and they mix both chicken and shrimp in my food and I find that very rude.

I ordered dim sum but I got potstickers instead. When I told the waiter I ordered dim sum, he called the manager. The manager was adamant that it was dim sum. Please don't be deceived by pf chang's menu. I am from Asia and I know my dim sum. I took a photo of my order. PF Chang's, please get your menu right.
