I use to love this place and would drive 45 min to Atl to order food, but the last three visits was very disappointing. The quality and taste of the food has decrease tremendously. The food has absolutely no flavor at all, very bland with no taste. With this said, my trips to pf chang will stop its not worth the drive or the money

First time customer. Too small of a portion for price. Ordered mangolian beef, way over cooked it was dry and tough. Not a fan!

We attended the Peoria location at Arrowhead on Thursday for early dinner. My friend was violently sick with diarrhea and vomiting for two days. I called the manager not for anything but to warn him of possibly bad products. We also found a cockroach 🪳 on our table while there. The manager's response was very disappointing, he could not wait to hang up on my. Just to clarify, I don't want anything from them. Service was actually great but due to manager's response, I don't think I will ever eat there again. I know I am just one of millions of customers but I am one less. We brought the cockroach 🪳 incident to the attention of the server by the way and she was very apologetic.

This was the 2nd time in the past couple of weeks that I ordered food for pick-up at the Ann Arbor, Mi. location. Both times my food was over 30 minutes late from when it was promised in the confirmation email that I received. The chicken was tough and not good. I'm done with this imitation Chinese food, there is better stuff out there.

Went to P.F. Chang's at Phillips Place, Charlotte, NC. I was visiting my sister who decided to give them another chance. Ive never been to one before. All the tables on the patio were empty but one. All were dirty from the previous diners, even the one they were seating us at. Our broccoli came out raw. The waitress accidentally spilled soy sauce on the table and me. That was not handled great but we were moved over to the table that the other occupants just left. They had to clean it before they moved us. This new table was broken so that it swivelled on its legs. We alerted the waitress and she said the manager ordered a new one but it hasn't arrived yet. So they continued to use it? This experience was text book what not to do when managing a restaurant. We of course will never go back and im pretty certain i wouldn't go to another PF Chang's again.

Went to PF CHANGS in Toms River nj. I was very disappointed and here’s why, first of all, reception was not good. The girl never made eye contact and just said sit and we’ll call you. We had a reservation, next the table was in a very hot part of the restaurant and would not change our table. Our waiter was slow. Seemed to forget to bring my soup out and then brought it out minutes before entrees. Next my entree was wrong. Ordered Crispy shrimp got crispy chicken , had to hunt down our waiter to tell him and he vaguely apologized and brought the correct entree out quickly. He may have picked up wrong dish from kitchen, not sure. I found the crispy shrimp was rather soggy. I have eaten at other pf changs and loved all their dishes. Was recently in Aruba and ate at pf changs there . It was an excellent experience. Atlantic City as well and Freehold nj.. all excellent..Toms River needs to get their act together.

Food was very good. Bartender excellent, waiter was less than desirable. We were in Honolulu and he asked where we were from, told him Canada, rolled his eyes and said great another country that does not tip. Said this in front of 14 of us. News flash Canadians are tippers. We did tip but only because we hoped tips are shared with kitchen staff. Never again PF Changs.

The Service in Wichita, KS was so bad tonight that we just walked out. The Manager sat us after making us wait for them to “ clean a table “ when there were about 10 clean empty tables. The restaurant reeked of burned food and burned grease. We were referred to order on an online menu and no one ever came to wait on us. The manager was behind the bar talking to one of the few employees. He literally watched us walk out and said nothing. What a sad sate of affairs. Avoid this place at all costs. It needs to fold.
