P.F. Chang'sReviews of pfchangs.com

Stay away from this restaurant- we ordered dinner take out it was horrible $29.00 looked like a lunch size found hair in it.. worse place ever stayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy away these kind of restaurant should be close.

I had the Worst restaurant experience ever in PF Chang's in Doral Fl. Food was poor quality, late to serve ( two out of six plates were late, one never arrived to the table !!!), drinks were late from the bar, server didn' t what to do, AN NO MANAGER TO BE SEEN!! NEVER BE BACK TO THAT JOINT!!!!

What a Joke. 2 hours to eat dinner. Ran out of beer. Fridges behind bar not stocked. 1 patron in bar area 30 minutes for waitress to get 2 beers!?!? Sushi was horrible. Asked for manager who I spoke to and blew off our concerns. Ruined our party will not go back!!!!!

Father's Day special advertisement was not honored. The staff did not know about it, even though I had a copy of the full advertisement. I used to go regularly but this was such a let down I have not returned. I would have continued visiting but the company has never offered to rectify the experience at all.

Party of 9 on Suday the 4 of December. Waiter excellent but food was horrible. No taste on a spicy dish. Beef overcooked on other dishes. Could not eat. Sarasota PFC.

Well I am so disappointed today with PF Chang's, my husband and I go to the P.F. Chang's in Chattanooga Tn often but today it was terrible . The food not good asked for extra sauce, it took 20 minutes to come out , then food was cold . Service was terrible our waitress just ignored us , had to ask for a drink twice . Worse one we have been to and we normally go to a lot of them . Worse time to this one. Very disappointed.

Customer awareness is poor.

Would give them a zero ,worst service ever ,food tasted warmed over. My meal was Ginger Chicken with Broccoli which came with a side of noodles or rice , they changed me for the noodles. My family just sat down and was expected to order right now before looking at menu. My daughter was talked told oh so you are ready now in a very nasty way. The waiter didn’t even come to our table except to make negative remarks, like he had to walk to the back of the kitchen to get straws and water . When checking out he yelled at my daughter you did not pay, then touched her, and wouldn’t look at her phone to see payment received. He went to the computer to check and said oh just a glitch you paid. We had a party of nine with 2 late arrivals. PF Changs do better , I hope this was not about the color of our skin. Wichita Ks
