They upgraded their website last fall and it just doesn't work. Have had a subscription for years, and the subscription system doesn't work at all. Waited MONTHS from September to January with customer service trying to sort it out. Now I have to wait until the end of February to see if it will ship. Products are good, but systems and support are helpless.

Nancy in customer service refused to apply a discount that would have been in the best interest of Pevonia and myself. For whatever reason ego over common sense prevailed in the customer service department. Good news is - it forced me to find a new company - and I couldn't be happier.
