My masks are very poorly made an one has broken already. For the money paid very dissatisfied.

I just received my mask in the mail and very disappointed! This mask is so much smaller that what this company's picture shows. I am a small adult and this mask does not fit my face, it is more like a face thong, and will have to be worn over another mask in order to offer any kind of protection. Will not ever order another one from this company!!

I placed my order on 12/17/18 and received it on 01/07/19 which is much longer than expected since the site stated order by 12/16 to receive by 12/25 The kicker is the socks have someone else’s dog on them and are the wrong size and when I emailed for a refund they stated they would send the correct order but waited 48 hours for confirmation and never heard back

I made two separate orders on December 12 within minutes of each other, received one order just fine, but here it is January 4 and haven't received my second order. I had to contact customer service to see what happened and still unclear and unhappy with the response and customer service. Super disappointed with the company.

Got a review email but have yet to get an email stating my order is even being made or shipped. Seems out of order to me, I placed my order 8 days ago.

Order the socks with our two dogs faces on them. Uploaded both pictures. Included one of the dogs and then some random dog. Emailed them. Have not heard back.

I ordered something from this website a weeks ago and haven’t heard anything, I was supposed to get an email when it shipped and that was supposed to happen within 24 hours . I emailed to ask about my order and got no response in 3 days.

Purchased socks for Christmas gift and attached my dogs photo to the purchase like asked and received socks with a random dogs face on it.
