The communication during shipping was excellent, letting me know where my package was during the long transit from overseas. I wish there had been some instructions that came with the magnets. I need to find a video online, I guess, or figure it out myself. Also, there was no invoice or connection to my order, or even with the company name, that came with the magnets...just two bags of the magnet components.
